LIKED: -comfortable beds and quiet, safe place to sleep -delicious breakfast buffet and coffee -great wifi -close to many delicious restaurants/cafes, park, shopping -three connecting rooms for a family of 5 for a very reasonable price -friendly and welcoming service in English and Spanish -hotel held our bags in their locked storage room after checkout (while we went for a meal nearby before our taxi took us to the airport) -late checkout until 7pm for a small additional fee instead of having to pay for an additional night DIDN'T LIKE: -strangely opaque glass doors for hotel bathrooms with small gap at edges like a public bathroom stall -hotel rooms were not ready when we arrived despite being an hour after checkin time -hotel room phones didn't work (but we had cell phones and wifi, so fine--just had to call to front desk using whatsapp)

Pretty quiet area and close to points of interest. Walking distance to Kennedy park (where feral cats roam) and the Chocolate Museum, grocery stores an Punto Azul :) Room was stuffy at first but after a few hours, it was bearable.

No ramp for disabled people we have to carry our luggage all the way to lobby, rooms are okd and smell humidity all over, the building itsel have very poor maintenance, I do not recommend this place to anyone, we moved to another hotel.

Very clean and super convenient in Miraflores.

I loved this hotel! It is incredibly convenient right in Miraflores and a very safe location. The hotel was clean and comfortable and always quiet. I was hesitant to stay at an off-brand place but I’m glad I did because it was a great hotel, had an amazing shower, and the price was incredibly reasonable. My only complaint is that it was hard to get towels. Even though I reserved the room for 2 people it had one towel. I asked for more and they brought me 1 more. I BEGGED for more towels and still just got 1 more, so there was something weird with the towel arrangement and I never had what I needed, but otherwise it was a perfect stay.

I can't say much about this hotel. As soon as I arrived i was told they didn't have any room left for me, so they drove me to a nearby hotel i. Miraflores. I wasn't expecting that response, so it got me a little concerned. It has never happened before, so i was surprised about this issue.
