terrible stay at the hotel, staff was less than friendly, would not recommend, plus they have an issue with guests brining anyone over, so if you want to have a friend stop by or a family member visit they dont allow that. Very stupid

I did not like the service from the staff. They tried to charge me for cleaning the pillowcases because of a few stains. They harassed me for having a guest come visit me. When I checked out they had several staff try to intimidate me and I had to leave because of the harassment. Terrible hotel, they didn’t even have ice or a microwave. I will never stay again at allow hotels

There were way too many problems due to their invompetence. Each time there was a problem that they created, I would be interrupted multiple times so they could fix their mistakes.

Great hotel in Lima

I stayed at the Allpa Hotel for two nights while I was in Lima. I was very pleased with the room's comfort, and the breakfast was great. I stayed at another hotel with a/c issuse, so I was glad to find that the air conditioner worked well in this room. The location is also ideal. It's within walking distance to Miraflores.

En general el hotel es muy bueno. Tiene excelente ubicación, habitación es amplia y cómoda y muy limpio, el personal es amable y muy atento. El desayuno está bien, pero es exactamente igual todos los días, deberían cambiar al menos cada semana
