Hotel is newly renovated and well positioned close tot the station. All the staff were friendly and welcoming apart from Olga, who needs to take her happy customer service tablets.

We got our welcome drink (prosecco) warm. Next day, we went to the bar and got white wine which was also warm. Drying rack in our bathroom didn't work. Otherwise the hotel is nice, good location and friendly staff, but at the end it is about the details which were not that great :(

The hotel is really good, we certainly recommend. Very friendly staff (specially at the restaurant), which I have to say it is not usual in CZ. They were very thoughtful leaving us a welcoming note and providing a nice fluffy teddy bear for my son to play during the stay. I have to mention also the free welcome drink, very nice. Comfortable bed an good quality sheets. Full of amenities. Fully automated, both room amenities and check-in and check-out process, which is very interesting and practical. Delicious food at the restaurant with honest prices. Good breakfast.

Revitalized older building close to downtown

We stayed in Liberec while trying to track down ancestors from the mid-1800's. This hotel was conveniently located near downtown, but not so close as to make it impossible to get in and out. The hotel does have paid parking in a lot just across the street. We arrived Sunday night and the reception desk said we could just park on the street overnight. The room was European in size, with enough room between the wall and the end of the beds for one person to pass only. Couldn't get the HVAC system to respond effectively, so just opened the windows to control room temperature. Perhaps a little too trendy with automated LED lights and curtains. The lights actually came on at 2AM, but did shut off on their own. A short walk down the hill provides plenty of dining and shopping opportunities. The hotel restaurant had a very good breakfast as well. The hotel worked fine for what we needed.

We were 2 adult, and 1 child. We got the room with one king size bed, so there are no bed for our child. Their offer was to give an additional single room, so we need to be separated. This is not acceptable, of course, but we cannot do nothing… In addition, the air conditioning does not work in these three days. So, this was terrible weekend.

The staff was outstanding, the rom was immaculately kept, the breakfast was wonderful, and adjacent parking was abundant, affordable and secure. We were upgraded to a "designer" room. Although it was large with excellent bedding and bathroom, the layout was a little quirky. If the designer had spent a week living in the room as we did, she might have decided on a more convenient layout. But overall we were very pleased.
