"It was actually a true Ada room great service, great food, and really clean place everywhere we went inside. "

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The person who checked me in was very nice, but she told me nothing about the amenities. Nothing about the pool breakfast anything just here’s your keys. I went to the room open the door. It smelled like cigarette smoke. I requested a non-smoking room. the carpet was dirty looking needs to be removed.The shower was complicated and hard to figure out. They told me that I had to go down steps with my luggage or walk around the entire building to get to the entrance with the ramp and elevator then it appears that they do have an elevator for the handicap, but that’s not the elevator they want you to use you just need to struggle with your luggage down steps or walk around the entire building. I know it’s a very old hotel but hospitality can make up for a lot of things I was in the lobby for a while no one no one in the staff say hello (4people)how are you doing anything are you OK? Do you need anything? Anything very unfriendly environment? If you have to stay there the price is good and you can get a shower in a decent bed to sleep in, but that’s probably about it for me anyway. I called at night to complain about the smoke. It was pretty much mood unpleasant what do you want me to do attitude wow really absolutely no apologies no empathy no care. Oh I forgot no luggage carts,"

"The hotel apparently allows dogs in the rooms. One room that we had to walk by couple of times each day had a large dog that was left unattended. The dog barked loudly and for a period of time each time someone passed by the room."

"It has taken years for the remodel and we continued to stay during the 4 years of construction. Along the way, the rooms were always decent and clean and the hotel felt safe. CONSTRUCTION is DONE! The place looks great and the rooms are really nice."

"Parking was easy and the area was quiet except for the occasional aircraft noise. The doors are to the outside and you could see through a crack in the door to the outside. Made it feel a little unsafe. Expected better from a names brand hotel and looked better in the pics. "

"Such a cute property! Updated, well furnished, comfortable, and just right for our week at the lake. We appreciated stores and restaurants being relatively close (only 15 minutes to the grocery) while being far enough out to get a great view of the stars at night. And the property being pet-friendly was the icing on the cake. Our host was easy to communicate with and super helpful when we had questions — we would absolutely stay there again!"
