"The staff at the front desk/bar are fantastic. They learn your names and your preferences and strive to accommodate your needs. It was great having laundry facilities in the building! (Although the lighting could be brighter in the laundry room! It looks very black, sleek and stylish but I think it was designed by someone who doesn’t do their own laundry. I had to use my phone flashlight to be sure I didn’t leave anything behind 😂)"

"I really enjoyed my stay. The Reception Desk and Breakfast Staff are wonderful, kind, professional and enthusiastic. My room was quiet, cool and comfortable. Parking was conveniently located on the property. The hotel is also located just seconds from the city center which makes it easy and fun for shopping, dinning and site seeing. "The hotel was experiencing difficulty with the AC but were very accommodating and offered a fan. The only problem was that I could not turn off the bathroom light as the switch did not function. There was a window in the bathroom to the room to it couldn’t be darkened."
