No frills but good location. I just needed a bed and shower during a trip to see a concert at the nearby De Montfort Hall. It's a great location for that, less than 5mins walk, also near plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. It's cheap so I didn't expect much. The room and toilet/shower was basic but clean. There were no curtains, just blinds...so in the summer and with a heat wave it was quite unbearable. There's an electronic lock on the room doors but not on the main outside door so anyone can walk in. Access provided via whatsapp message with key code.
