Standards need to improve in cleanliness n hygiene

Service was good but difficult with non english speaking staff. There is no airport shuttle, cleanliness is averge no plugs or dishwashing liquid or clean dish cloth or scourers or teatowl for drying dishes. Bathroom towels and mats were stained. The pool tiles needed scrubing and the street cleaned from garbage everywhere.

カップル向け使い勝手はなかなか！

市街地から比較的近く、交通にも便利な場所で立地条件は良好です。 こじんまりとしたホテルで、部屋の中は清掃も行き届いており、ソファや冷蔵庫ミニキッチンなどがあり使い勝手はなかなか良いと思います。 ファミリー向けと言うよりはカップル向けだと思います。

Not convenient at all to anything

The good points, both the hotel in general and the room were clean and the grounds and pool were well maintained, but thats about it. The hotel is located down a dark alley/side street, our Taxi driver didn't even know where it was, not in walking distance to anything which meant we had to rely on a cab to take us around, since there were none around, the hotel had to call for one, then the cab driver informed us it was a minimum RP20,000 chg since the hotel had called. We had specifically requested a room with 2 beds that would accomodate 4 people, when we arrived it was 2 twin beds and a couch clearly not for 4 people, the hotel staff said they would get us an additional bed but we would have to pay for it. There was loud music playing all night but the hotel did not know where it was coming from, it sounded like a nightclub was behind the room but there was no sign of anything the next morning. Continental breakfast is a few pastries and a glass of juice brought to your room in the morning, if you wanted coffee you had to make it yourself. We also had to wait about 30 mins for a taxi to arrive the next morning. Spend a little more and stay within walking distance to the shopping and restaraunts.

BALI EAZY SUITE-離KUTA有點遠的安靜小旅館

這次帶著小寶寶到巴里島,因為怕鬧區太吵,特地選擇離KUTA鬧區有點距離的旅館,不過真的有點遠,離太陽百貨車程大概需要20分鐘.旅館周邊沒有餐廳及SPA,不過旅館是家庭式有附廚房,看到大多數都是家庭入住.非常安靜的環境,整體算是小巧可愛,不過喜愛夜生活的大概要住主街上!!

Nice suite hotel. Very pleasant stay.

The swimming pool is nice. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room is big. Suite room with 1 bed room, living room and kitchen at a very cheap price. Worth money.
