Top floor apartment with:

1 large bedroom with 1 double bed and adjoining room with single bed, which can be expanded for 2 people and a high-quality 55 inch TV

1 family room with 1 double bed and 1 crib. The chest of drawers can be converted into a changing table on request.

1 spacious kitchen with seating area and pantry

1 rustic seating area in the hallway with extendable table. Additional chairs are available.

Empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung

Sehr gut ausgestatte Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Gleich daneben ist ein guter Bäcker. Der Dorfladen ist zu Fuß gutmm erreichbar. Für Radtouren entlang der mittleren Weser prima in alle Richtungen gut geeignet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Apartment ist wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Alles nötige war vorhanden. Check-In und Check-Out liefen absolut reibungslos und die Kommunikation war super unkompliziert. Sehr gerne wieder!

Erholsamer Urlaub

Eine grosse, geräumige Ferienwohnung mit freundlicher und entgenkommender Vermieterin. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Die Lage ist gut für Ausflüge in die Umgebung geeignet. Würden jederzeit wieder dort urlauben.

Tolles rundum Paket

Die Ferienwohnung war in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand und super groß mit vielen Schlafmöglichkeiten. Perfekt für Kinder. In der Nähren Umgebung gibt es viel zu unternehmen. Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell geantwortet bei Fragen.

Gemütliche und praktische Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns in der großzügigen Wohnung recht wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieterin hatte ein offenes Ohr für unsere Anliegen. Schöne Ausflugsziele mit den Kindern waren z. B. das Steinhuder Meer oder der Dino-Park.

Insgesamt schön aber kleinere Mängel

Vorweg möchte ich sagen, dass man in der Wohnung wirklich gut Urlaub machen kann und es an fast nichts fehlt. Kleiner "Mängel" sind uns jedoch aufgefallen, die man aber schnell beheben könnte: - Die Hochflor Teppiche sind für eine Ferienwohnung unangebracht, da sie schwer sauber zu halten sind. So haben unsere Kinder ein paar steinharte alte Gummibärchen aus den langen Haaren der Teppiche gefischt (die gerade noch rechtzeitig entrissen werden konnten, bevor sie im Mund gelandet sind). - Leider war die Silikondichtung der Duschwanne an vielen Stellen dick verschimmelt (von Fotos sehe ich an dieser Stelle ab). - Der Essbereich ist in die Jahre gekommen. Selbst ausgezogen ist der Tisch für 7 Personen recht klein und wirkt mit der Eckbank wie aus einer alten Kneipe (Das ist aber natürlich Geschmackssache). - Es gibt ein extra Kinderzimmer, was ganz toll ist! Aber gerade hier wären Steckdosen- und Kantenschutz angebracht, damit die Kleinen auch wirklich sicher spielen können (für ein paar Cent ganz einfach zu lösen). - Es steht in der Anzeige natürlich drin, dass es nur ein Bad gibt. In diesem befindet sich auch das WC. Man sollte sich überlegen, ob man das mit 7 Personen machen möchte. Für uns war es zum einen ein großer Zeitfresser und die WC-Situation war sehr unpraktisch. Aber das wussten wir ja wie gesagt im Voraus. - Die Vermieterin wirkte in der Kommunikation leider "herablassend" auf uns. Noch mal: Alles in allem kann man es in der Wohnung gut aushalten!

Sauber, freundlich und viel Platz

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und die Wohnung wurde uns gezeigt und „erklärt“. Durch den separaten Eingang ist man für sich und kann sich frei bewegen, ohne zu stören, denn wir mussten täglich früh aufstehen und wollten und haben hoffentlich auch keinen geweckt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und noch etwas mehr und auch unsere Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich.

Viel erwartet, viel mehr bekommen

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man braucht und mehr. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und werden mit Sicherheit nochmal wiederkommen. Vielleicht sogar mit Tochter und Enkeltochter. Wundervoller Familienkurzurlaub am Steinhuder Meer

Wir haben ein paar erholsame Tage in Leese bei einer ganz lieben Gastgeberin verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung war liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Sie ist großzügig, sehr sauber und hell. Wir haben alles vorgefunden was wir benötigten. Die Veranda vor dem Haus haben wir abends besonders schätzen und lieben gelernt. Die Gastgeberin haben wir als außerordentlich freundlich und engagiert kennenlernen dürfen. Fragen bezüglich Ausflugstips und Wünsche (eigene Hofeier) wurden umgehen beantwortet bzw. erfüllt. Die Lage ist ca. 15 Minuten Autofahrt zum See. Wir fanden es toll, dass wir nicht direkt im Touristenrummel waren, sondern haben die Ruhe vor Ort sehr geschätzt. Wir kommen gern wieder. Es war toll! Vielen Dank! 🙂👍

War seht gemütlich

Die Wohnung war groß und gemütlich, mit Geschmack dekoriert. Alles, was wir gebraucht haben,war vorhanden. Ich habe nur den Föhn vermisst. Einziger Nachteil war die Sperre. Aber kann man danach gewöhnen. Die Lage ist gut. Kann man viel unternehmen. Uns hat sehr gut gefallen.
