"The only regret has been not having booked more nights. Awesome place, very good host, very friendly animals all around. If I have to find an improvement, breakfast is quite basic."

"The house was lovely, location perfect and presented clean and stocked well with appliances and essentials in the pantry. The only issue was the gutters and spouting-we had a bit of rain and many are blocked and growing weeds. Ie in some places the water was overflowing g like waterfalls. Also we think you have birds or rats in the ceiling of two top bedrooms. We have a similar problem in our pitched roof. "

"Lovely hist. Clean, warm, very well equipped spacious house, with nice big yard. Loved the Brighton beach just a walk across the road. Definitely recommended this place. Will visit again! "
