Avons dû partir car chambre à 15 degrés Carrelage au sol gelé 1 seule Table de nuit Et en aglo avec du feuillage dessus donc inutilisable, aucune prise près Du lit... et surtout un lot où on s’enfonce donc on dort et position assise... première fois qu’a je dois changer d’hôtel pourtant je voyage dans beaucoup de pays

In centro a Lecce

Potenzialmente è una buona location: in centro, a pochi passi da tutto. Ma...sai che non c'è personale al check in come in molte altre strutture. È però la prima volta che ci capita di ricevere mail e messaggi WhatsApp a raffica prima del nostro arrivo. Una sorta di caccia al tesoro per avere le chiavi della stanza...Alla richiesta di lasciare la valigia alle 11, mille difficoltà, poi invece all'arrivo c'era un responsabile che ci ha aperto e dato le chiavi. Abbiamo dovuto inviare i documenti prima del nostro arrivo online. La prima mattinata a colazione 4 fette di pane in cassetta e 2 merendine. Caffè con macchinette o moka a disposizione. Peccato non ci fosse Caffè per farla...comunicato questo scarso servizio, sono stati acquistati pane e caffè per il secondo giorno. La notte tra venerdì e sabato non abbiamo dormito per gli schiamazzi provenienti dalla strada o da edifici vicini. Eppure una via tranquilla...però deve essere una costante perché sul tavolino in camera forniscono tappi per le orecchie. Abbiamo sempre trovato portone su strada e porta di ingresso all'appartamento sempre aperti. Insomma...molto da rivedere come gestione. In fondo, peccato!

Ich hatte reklamiert, dass keine Handtücher im Zimmer waren und darauf genausowenig eine Antwort erhalten, wie auf meine Bitte die Polizei auf Grund der extremen Lärmbelästigung durch die sich im Gebäude befindliche Bar/Diskothek zu rufen. Ich werde hier nie wieder übernachten und allen meinen Bekannten davon abraten.

Most important The property is right next to a bar which is super noisy echoing through the alley till 4 am so if your sleep is important to me find a different spot. 😱😱😱😱

Not for me, but could be for you!

The location is great and the staff is really friendly. It’s also located above a bar and close enough to other restaurants that it’s also very loud. I could be an anomaly, but I woken up in the middle of the night to what seemed like a dispute between two bar patrons. Very unclear. I went out on the balcony at 3:30 am and others were also out trying to see what was going on. My air conditioner also did not work so it was very hot in my room. Cute place though?

Good rooms and location, improve wifi and breakfas

The place is in a great location and the rooms are spacious and clean. Very friendly and helpful people. Wifi not great though, kept dropping out. Breakfast seems very disorganised and it seems some choices are gone if you aren’t there early. Breakfast doesn’t start until 8:30 which is quite late if like me you have trips booked and need to leave early. I’d stay again but would choose to pay the €5 cost of breakfast in a cafe.

Emplacement très bien placé et bon accueil. Le prix est très attractif, mais il est difficile de parquer une voiture dans le centre historique. Au moins une chambre est bruyante.

Pas mal, ... si on oublie l'amende du parking

Un joli endroit qui serait parfait si les fenêtres fermaient bien. Pas trop grave au demeurant, et le rapport qualité-prix aurait été excellent si notre hôte ne m'avait pas assuré, après un échange de mail au préalable et plusieurs questions une fois sur place, que je pouvais laisser ma voiture sur une petite place à proximité (avec des lignes blanches, ce qui veut théoriquement dire parking gratuit)... Les 90 euros d'amende ont sérieusement renchéri le coût du séjour.

Purtroppo c'è poco di positivo...abbiamo acquistato il pacchetto con colazione inclusa ,ma arrivati al B&B volevano 5€ in più a persona x la colazione...la pulizia delle camere lascia un po' a desiderare...la doccia inagibile con peli attaccati ovunque...e potrei continuare ancora...la posizione è abbastanza comoda x raggiungere piazza sant'Oronzo

Great facility, location, warm hospitality and great breakfast. We had a room that looked onto a quiet interior courtyard. Wanted one on the exterior balcony rooms but after hearing that street carousers had kept going until 6AM we were glad we didn't.

Perfect stay in the center of Lecce

Pleasently surprised and impressed with the beautifully decorated rooms as well as very spacious! The service and attention of the owners is also appreciated. Breakfast concept is very nice and includes local and fresh ingredients. Location is perfect and walkable!

Camera molto ampia in edificio storico.

La struttura si trova nel centro storico. I giovani gestori si sono mostrati competenti ed estremamente collaborativi. Uno di loro ci ha aiutate anche per trovare un parcheggio libero nei pressi del B&B. La posizione consente di raggiunere le principali attrazioni turistiche in pochi minuti, a piedi.

Great location and service

Great location in Lecce old town. 15 minute walk from the bus station where the airport bus dropped us off. Very near the main sights of Lecce. Very friendly hosts. Great breakfast with freshly baked pastries each day. Good value.
