Check in was advertised 2.00.p.m. was actually 5.00p.m. The hotel was closed between 12 pm and 5 pm so no access to swimming pool reception food or drink during afternoon. We did not stay as not what we expected at all.

Hôtel en travaux. La piscine était fermée mais ce n'était pas précisé. Chambre neuve mais le ménage n'avait pas été fait a fond. Pas mal de poussière.

Hotel en travaux mais nous n'avons cependant pas eu de bruit. Accueil chaleureux et disponibilité du personnel. Propreté sans faille dans la chambre et de la literie. Bon conseil de restaurant à proximité, pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Petit déjeuner copieux pris sur la terrasse. Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Séjour décevant. Chambre en bordure de route et aucune isolation phonique, nous avons subit un concert une bonne partie de la soirée, et nous avons également entendu les employés de cuisine vider les assiettes après le restaurant, claquer les poubelles, claquer les portes. L’isolation est clairement à revoir… On entendait tout ce qu’il se passait, le sommeil n’a pas été au rendez-vous. L’accueil a été très chaleureux et c’est bien le seul point positif.

Un ravissant petit hôtel 2 ** où la terrasse ombragée par laurier-platane, olivier, laurier rose vous fait oublier que vous êtes en une ZAC, mais côté pratique indéniable, face aux cinémas Groupe Capitole, une piscine sécurisée, un accueil spontanément chaleureux, des patrons adorables et à votre écoute qui font au mieux pour vous recevoir dans les meilleures conditions, etc ...

A fiasco with expedia

Expedia website completely messed up the pricing. The 46 euro room I'd agreed to on the english site on the last click, came out as a 153 euro demi pension (the french website) charge on my credit card. Trying to undo it through expedia proved a waste - never talked to a live person - ended up an unpleasant negotiation with the hotel owner in French paying 74 E for a 46 E room. Place was adaquate. This was a complete lack of service on part of expedia even though I clicked the correct options.

Une nuit de passage

Juste pour dormir, faire une pause en dehors de l'autoroute. Sympa la piscine, hôtel très correct pour le prix. Situé dans une zone commerciale, juste en face d'un complexe cinéma, pleins de restaurants à proximité. Calme la nuit. Chambres propres et salle de bains avec douche à jets. Une bonne surprise pour un arrêt sur la route des vacances.

accueil très sympathique

2 nuits passées dans cet hôtel un peu vieillissant mais très agréable finalement. Le Réceptionniste nous a permis de quitter les chambres très tard le dimanche (mariage la veille...) et nous a en plus, offert un café !

Cauchemar a l'hôtel

C'est un hotel triste par son manque d'entretien ; nous pouvions compter tous les ressorts de la literie,la peinture sur les murs était collantes, la clim sifflait,une mauvaise odeur régnait dans la salle de bain,le sol se décollait .Le seul point positif : la piscine (avec des abords en friche).

This hotel was an awful place to stay - the worst of our holiday driving round Europe! Poor location, very dated accommodation, air conditioning didn't work, shower was dodgy, desk only manned part time - so no help available when needed (and the phone number provided wasn't answered), room smelt bad, etc...
