This is a unique property away from the noise of the city. It is very clean and quiet and the sheep that roam the property are cute.

Beautiful guesthouse suitable for family with young children, love their tiny playhouse caters for children at leisure corner. Better experience if the place were to be given a minimal facelift, the kitchenette and wares were a little dated. Understood the importance of sustainability but breakfast selections were bare minimum. We were overall happy with our last minute booking, catch the most beautiful northern lights through our whole trip!

We had a great stay, nice staff, and very clean. We appreciated the option to purchase dinner, and it was a wonderful traditional Norwegian meal. Breakfast was also good. It was nice and quiet when we stayed in early September. We’d stay here again.

Checkin was easy. Room i booked had a small kitchen area, i did not utilize anything in this area. Basic bedroom and bathroom. Window facing the water, which was beautiful. Huge aurora show the night i stayed. Staff very friendly. Limited restaurant options/times at times during the year- so make sure to check into that. Outdoor seating nice, there were blankets available. Would definitely stay again. Wish we had more than 1 night here.

The young man at the front desk was very kind and appears to do everything there (check in, dining, cooking). However, there were no other guests there when we arrived at 6 pm and our room was very old, smelly, and not very clean. I asked if there was another room and we were shown one with 5 beds. It was ok, but still not clean, and mattresses felt plastic. Ended up leaving and booking another hotel about an hour away. I would not recommend staying here—it’s a pretty setting and has potential but we found it very odd there were no other guests (a little creepy) and again the room was just not acceptable.

Great staff, clean room. The view from the rooms that face the ocean /fjord are world class. Menu offerings in the restaurant are limited.

This place is located a little outside of popular vacation spots I heard about, but the view was stunning, and the fact that the entire roof was covered with grass was so cool. They kept the rustic feel to it in the lobby and the dining room, but the room looked modern and new. I chose this place because of the convenient location for our road trip, but I would love to come back just to stay there and relax for few days.

We stay there for one night. The owner is super friendly and helpful. We like the breakfast there, it is delicious with many choices. The choice on the dinner menu is very limited. We ordered two main dishes and two classes of wines. Price charged is reasonable. We can see the grass rooftop from our room which is very nice.

I could visit again

Huone oli kuuma, sillä aurinko paistaa suuriin ikkunoihin. Eteisen valo ei toiminut. Aamupala oli suppea eikä samaa luokkaa kuin Suomen isommissa hotelleissa. Ravintolan annokset on, mutta hinta -laatu ei ihan kohdannut. Sijainti on retkeilyä ajatellen hyvä ja 2 henkilön majoitus aamiaisella sekä 2 pääruokaa listalta maksoi vain alle 200€. Hintaansa arvoinen ja menisin uudelleen.
