We had a large group stay here, and the space suited us well. The price is low, however this place is in need of some serious quality of life improvements. The water in the showers gets BOILING hot so much so we could not even turn off the water and had to leave it running because no one could run in there and turn it off.
The whole building is probably only a few years away from not being usual with all the rot on the outside.
So enjoy it while its here, but I hope the property is able to fix some of the issues with this very sizable space.
We stay in this house for 2 days. The first night was raining, we could not go out, however, the family room provides us spacious room for our group activity. There are more than enough utensils for our big group of people. All the kids enjoy the bunkbeds in the bedroom.
We had a campfire for the second night. This cabin is much more isolated, we were really enjoy the quiteness and nature view.
The rooms are spacious, clean, just as described. Check in was very easy, instruction is very clear.
Overall. we really enjoy the two day in the house. Hope we will have a chance to go back
I reserved the property for a group of 31 people. We had a great stay. The staff at Geneva Hills were very helpful. Quick to answer phone calls and provide us with additional items we needed for our large group. The water quality was great and the separate building with the bedrooms was good for getting sleep.
A group of friends and I were planning on camping over the weekend, we came from all over the US and meet in Columbus, hours before we set off for our campgrounds we got news that we weren't allowed entry due to all the rain. We scrambled to find a new place to stay and came across the Frontier Lodge. It was an absolute blast!
Scheduling and arrival was as easy as it could get and the property was a lot of fun. There was plenty of room for all 16 of us to all hang out and play games. We played a lot of basketball, board games, and hang around the bonfire. They also had some other fun group activities that we couldn't take advantage of but definitely would have if we were there a bit longer.
Overall it was a fantastic stay and everyone there was super friendly and very helpful. Would absolutely stay there again!
Was impressed with the overall experience at Geneva hills definitely older buildings but still worked good for us. Property Managers wer easy to deal with and if a problem showed up they made shur to fix it and make it right
