Laundry can be done on site and you can also hire a scooter without need for deposit or passport which is handy. 300 baht deposit needed for room key on arrival, worth noting. "Loved our stay at BEA! Great space to spend 5 nights in Samui, the apartment size is amazing value for money! Big fridge, big bathroom, king bed was so comfortable and pool was great. Walking distance to main streets of Lamai but away from any noise at night. Would definitely stay again, thank you!"
