"We arrived to a poorly maintained property, overgrown weeds, buildings with facias falling off, etc. Our room was not cleaned until an hour after check-in time and I use the word clean loosely. The carpet and bed spread were filthy, the walls had cracks in them and the water pressure was horrible in the morning. I did not turn on the AC out of concerns of a fire, noting the fire alarm was not working. The TV remote was not in the room, just a Roku remote without volume controls so there was no way to turn down the volume. The "court yard" area has light fixtures that were nice at some point in the past, unfortunately now they mostly have burned out bulbs. The staff mentioned they had just bought the property, I wish them luck, I am actually amazed they are allowed to be open with the permitting department in that area with the cracks in the walls, structural issues, etc."
