This was was my first time at this hotel and I was happy that I chose it. The staff was so pleasant, professional and helpful. The food they prepared each day was excellent. The room and hotel itself was very clean. The was secure and quiet.

My stay was the 2nd time at this property and it was more pleasant than the 1st. Staff were courteous always - Wuraola, Cynthia, Bassey and Godwin really did a good job with their service. Room service was awesome too. The breakfast options can be much improved tho. Asides that, I enjoyed my time at this hotel. I would be visiting again. :)

This is quite a decent hotel to stay. I wish there was an elevator to walk to the 3rd floors rather than walking through those kinda-tight stairs. I did not get a chance to try the food / restaurant. Overall, I like it I could stay there again.

Decent and comfortable

A nice and comfortable hotel. Did not have the breakfast but other family members said it was a good and tasty spread. The air-conditioning was not really cool and there was a leak in the wash basin in the bathroom that was not fixed till I left. I had to put the bin under the sink to collect water. Request for toilet roll was ignored. The porters were helpful and polite as were the security at the gate.

I stayed in Executive Suite for 10 nights and I can say the hotel is better than some great brands in UK and Europe. Free WiFi, Smart TV with YouTube connections. Good hotel. Superb staff. Light 24/7 and secure environment. Breakfast is good with more options but not that hot. They need to invest in plugged dinner warmer rather hot water ones they were using. Another issue with breakfast is for one customer per room which is absurd. In most foreign hotels that I have stayed, breakfast is per number of guests in the room. I had arguments with the manager almost every time with this issue. They however used their discretion to allow my guests eat. It’s just not right to have your guests embarrassed because of breakfast.

Staff was great, buffet options came in 3 or 4 meals only but were very tasty. I ordered room service twice and the chef delivered on the taste and portion which made me a happy pregnant lady. I booked two business suite rooms for myself and my parents. They only had one business suite room and so upgraded the 2nd room to an ivy suite I believe. My review is a lot much better thanks to that upgrade because the business suite room for that price point did not cut it. It also smelled like there was mold or water damage and the wall painting had gaps to confirm it. My first observation on entering the hotel was that all windows were open and then to see the business suite room and smell the dampness/mold was a huge turn off. I had no complaints with the ivy room and believe all rooms should have the same standard of cleanliness and maintenance.
