Upstairs are three bedrooms: two with a double bed (140cm) and one with two bunk beds (80cm). Ceiling height is less than 1.80 meters. Outside, there is a large terrace with a covered section.

The house is located approximately 300 meters from the beach and 1.5 km from the town center with all shops.
End-of-stay cleaning must be done by the tenant.

Proof of liability insurance with holiday coverage is required. Holiday vouchers are accepted. Electricity consumption is extra during the off-season.
