The owner is very reactive to fix issues (ie to replace some oldish bikes).The garden is nice, and the swimming pool appropriate for young children (1.3m depth max).The place is 10 to 15 km to the main beachesA minus is the neighborhood of the military base, which makes some noise when planes take off and land (Monday to Friday)"
