Spacious, bright and functional, quiet non-terraced villa, with a surface area of 140 m2 and covers a plot of 400 m2, entirely fenced, with a 4x7.5m pool, 40 m2 terrace with a security system, removable barriers, a pergola with garden table.

It consists of a large air-conditioned living / dining room of 70 m2 overlooking an open kitchen. Pleasant to live by its comfort and its space.

Nous avons passé une semaine agréable au sein d’une maison confortable, spacieuse, parfaitement située pour disposer des commodités et profiter des environs (accès à la mer 20 minutes environ en voiture, marchés à proximité de jour et de nuit…)À noter la présence et la garde du chat des propriétaires, très gentil et câlin qui a fait le bonheur de nos adolescents Propriétaires à la demande et à l’écoute des quelques améliorations à apporterTrès Bon séjour

Très bon séjour !

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette maison ! Nous étions 3 couples avec 3 bébés. La maison est idéal est très fonctionnel avec une belle piscine. Les propriétaires sont très disponible et joignable pour des renseignements. La maison est a proximité de tout les commerces et a quelques minutes de la mer en voiture. Une semaine au top !!!

Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, le quartier calme, la maison idéale pour une famille avec des enfants,bien équipée, Aucun point negatif! Tout etait parfait !

Villa très agréable

Villa grande et propre, tout à fait conforme à l’annonce. La maison est fonctionnelle. Le jardin, la terrasse et la piscine sont très agréables. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et arrangeants. Expérience à éventuellement renouveler si l’occasion se présentait de repartir dans cette région.
