Modern hotel with a spacious suite. There is a mall with a great supermarket across the road. The location is good, the problem is the bad traffic in kyiv. Food is very good.

Disappointed

The hotel is good but they didnt write on the internet their outdoor was under repair all summer. It was the main reason to choose this hotel. Kyiv in summertime is very hot and then a pool is great. Location of hotel is a bit out of city center. Its a modern hotel. Missing some flexibility as I m used to from my own country.

Hotel is good,tea station at the room,but our request for room with bathtub was ignored (, at time of arrival no rooms with bathtub. Good bier pub at the property, nice breakfast there a la carte. Location is not too far from city center, underground station 7 min walk, big shopping mall opposite. Area around hotel looks so poor- nothing interesting but safe. Swimming pool closed for the construction more than one month,that sound strange. Looks like special reason to safe owners budget). Anyway i recommend Mercure Kyiv for short stay.
