Extended our stay !

Amazing stay at this hotel. Front desk lady who spoke English was really helpful and nice. Excellent customer service also in the dining room. There was someone there to attend to any need. Very clean, amazing rooms, thermal bath was great. Can’t say enough good things. Highly recommend.

Had to book an alternative hotel as the conditions were horrible. Definitely not what was described or anything like the photos on Expedia. The hotel room was dirty, plugs hanging from the walls, the mirrors were broken and there were water stains on the walls. The staff were not helpful at all. Plus, I booked an all inclusive stay at this hotel and It is definitely not an all inclusive hotel! So disappointing, it took a full day of my vacation away.

Jättebra rum, faciliteter, frukost och middag (halvpension). Bekväm säng. Ligger rätt långt från allt men går att åka Dolmus till centrum. Det enda negativa är att det var extremt dåligt ljudisolerat. Det var ingen skillnad om man stod utanför eller innanför dörren till rummet lkudvoltm

Ein schrekliches Hotel keine 5 sterne sondern 3 sterne hotel Frühstück und Abend Büfett keine Qualität, sehr wenig Auswahl immer nur Bohnen Reis kein Fleisch sondrrn Huhn oder billig Fisch. Teilweise nicht beschriftet beim Frühstück Büfett gar nicht beschriftet man weiß nicht was man isst. Obwohl Termal Spa Hotel keine Bademäntel in den Zimmern, man bekommt karten und muss die Bademäntel oder Handtücher, (denn beides bekommt man nicht), unten abholen und muss wieder auf sein zimmer und kann sich erst da umziehen eine Qual für die Gäste man zahlt für dieses Hotel um gequält zu werden. Termal bereich schmutzig. Whirpool wird angefeben aber funktioniert nicht, auf nachfrage beim Personal als Antwort ist halt defekt. In den Zimmern ausser Ohrputzer ist nichts im Bad für ein 5 sterne Haus unglaublich. Meine Empfehlung sucht euch ein anderes Hotel die Bewertungen hier sind entweder gekauft oder die Gäste waren noch nie in einem richtigen 5 sterne Hotel.

Geçirdiğim berbat bir geceden…

Dışarıdan çok güzel gözüken bu otelde bir gece geçirdik… Odayı double yatak almamıza rağmen tekli yataklı oda verildi… resepsiyonu arayıp double yok mu dediğimizde yok yatakları birleştirin dendi… ayrıca oda kliması çalışmadı teknik ekipten arkadaş geldi oda çalıştıramadı ve bize ufo getirdi… 5 yıldızlı otelde UFO’yla ısındık… Ayrıca odadaki mobilyaların içinde tahta kurusu vardı bütün gece kırt kırt sesleri içinde uyanmak zorunda kaldık… 5 yıldızlı otelde vale hizmeti yok otoparka aracınızı koyup geri yürümek zorundasınız…

Resepsiyondaki Personel kötü imaj vermekte

Resepsiyonda yarım saat bekletildik otel boş olmasına rağmen Rezervasyon yaptığımız odayı veremediler ve azarlarcasına bir tavır ile Merve hanım baştan sağma hareketlerde bulundu. Havlu alabilmek için yirmi dakika personel bekledik, personeli nihayet resepsiyon önünde karşılaştığımızda saat akşam altıdan sonra kapalı olduklarını açıklama çabasında bulundu, fakat daha saat atlıya çeyrek vardı Ayrıca biz yirmi dakika beklemiştik. Bu otelin ciddi şekilde bir yönetim sorununun olduğunu düşünüyorum

Bis zur Stadt Kuşadası war es eine ganz schöne Strecke ca30 min mit dem Auto. Das Hotel an sich ist gut bis auf unserer Badezimmer war es sauber. Unser Fenster ging nach vorne raus, das heißt es war laut weil dort der Pool und Aufenthalt für die Hotelgäste war. Laute Musik und Mikrofon Unterhaltung für die Hotel Gäste. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich. Wir waren 2 Tage da und im Großen und Ganzen waren wir zufrieden

2 gece her şey dahil konsepti ile konakladık. Plaj ayrı bir yerde servis ile gidiliyor. Güzel kum bir plaj işletmesi var. Yemekleri iyiydi biz beğendik. Odaları harika. Ancak bilgi karmaşasına değinmeden geçemeyeceğim. Her sey dahil olmasina rağmen çoğu içecek ücrete tabi. Ice tea Türk kahvesi bile ücretli. 2. Gün bi ara bunlardan istedim ücret alınmadı. İlk gün niye ödeme yaptık. Ne ücretli ne ücretsiz biz çözemedik. Çalışanlar çok küçük yaşta doğal olarak belirli bir tecrübeleri yok. Bu da sorduğumuz sorulara çok farklı yanıtlar almamıza sebep oldu.

İnternetten yer ayırttık, ancak geldiğimizde rezervasyon bulunamadı. 45 dakika bekletildik, hiçbir ikram yapılmadı; sonunda kendimiz istedik. Klima çok düşük seviyede çalışıyordu, aradık, ilettik, biri geldi ama bir şey yapmadı. Oda kötü kokuyordu, banyo kararmış ve mantar tutmuştu, pis pis kokuyordu. Kahvaltı da kötüydü; 10 çeşit zeytin vardı, ancak tuzdan yenmiyordu. İyi ki sadece bir gün ayırmışız. Burası kesinlikle 5 yıldızı hak etmiyor. Gece 3-4 sularında patırtı, gürültü, elektrik süpürgesi sesleri duyduk.
