"We had a fantastic stay at The Rise Universal Bayside. The room was fantastic, very spacious with everything required for a comfortable stay. The washing machine and drying facility within the shower/wet room was excellent. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff were lovely. We also had dinner at the hotel and the food was delicious with a good choice in the menu. Everything is done electronically at the hotel (check in, room access, breakfast), but very easy and efficient. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Ajikawaguchi train station so very accessible for city centre and further afield. It’s also a 15 min walk from Universal Studios Japan and Citywalk. We would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return on our next visit to Osaka."

"Very good hotel facilities with close proximity to Namba City and train stations. Perfect for tourist use the highly developed train and subways to go around Osaka, Kyoto, Nara and Kobe etc.. This hotel offers one of the best Japanese breakfasts that I had in Japan so far. Also they service/clean the room every three days is a plus. Such that we can relax and leave the hotel later for sightseeing. I would give a perfect 5 star if the room is a little bit larger for 2 adults. It is a great hotel and we will stay there next time."

"The entire property is very well maintained. Staff is friendly and is appreciative when staying there. Breakfast buffet is very convenient. Lots of extras in the room (refrigerator, kettle, tea/coffee, bottled water, and toiletries). Some floors have communal microwaves in the halls. Train station is conveniently located. Many places to eat and convenience stores as well."

"Short walk from Rinku Town station. Booked a basic room for the night before heading into the city, but got a massive upgrade to a suite instead which was amazing! Great views, plenty of amenities in the room as if this was a long term stay. Wished I could stay longer. Shuttle bus is only one way to airport, and there are limited slots so it needs to be booked in advance."
