1) Foul smell with the mini fridge due to leftover food left by previous tenant. 2) Wonder do they do any housekeeping beforehand. The floor is super dirty. They only mop the floor after we requested. 3) Toilet flush is not working despite coming into the room to rectify the fault at three different occasions. I know I can't expect much since i paying peanuts for the room. However I hope all these basic housekeeping are required to be taken care of.

Improvement needed

The management have to change it. Room is wet and dirty and I'm checked in the first room. Immediately request for room move but not friendly to move for me. Location is nice because next to shopping area. Pillow is not comfortable and the hot water hard to control when shower.

Walking distance to shopping area

The hotel location is very good. Just one minutes walk from the MTR. But room not too similar to The photo show at website. The wardrobe door is broken and the broken door just leave IT next the wardrobe. The whole room only have one electrcity socket. Other is Okay. Worth to stay

The hotel located in city center, convenient go to few famous places such as Pavilion, KLCC, sungai Wang. Perfect location and friendly staff. The worst things are the refrigerator and the pillows. Better replace them.

Hotel with Good location

The only thing good about this hotel is it's location. Walking distance to shopping centre and many eating places. The room is old and the television signal is bad. Wifi also not working well. Conditions of the room needs improvement.

Good Points: 比較的安い 最低限の設備は整っている ブキッビンタン駅及びPavillionに近く利便性がある。 チェックイン前後の荷物の預け入れは、OK 無料の500mlペットボトルの提供あり。 夕方四時まで寝込んでいて、その後（扉の外にはノーサイン）外出して戻ってきたら、部屋の掃除がされていたこと。（期待していなかったので、GPとする） USB変換プラグの貸出をしていただいた。プラグはBFプラグ。 空港への送迎タクシーは、普通に呼んでもらえる。130RMを当日朝、ホテルのフロントに支払う制度。 改善の機会: チェックインは2時からと、融通はきかない？ チェックイン前の荷物預け入れ時に、預かり証の発行なし。 清掃は、床に髪の毛が落ちていることもあり。 フロアは、一階（受付の裏）であったが、日中は、スタッフなのか、客なのか、騒がしいのが聞こえる。

良くも悪くもないホテル

ブキビンタン駅から徒歩5分もかからなく、周囲も綺麗なSCやカフェがある一角にあるホテル。 治安も良く、静かなホテルでした。 受付のおばちゃんは愛想よく、テキパキとした対応でした。 部屋は日本の田舎の安いラブホといった感じでしょうか？この値段でしたらコスパはいい方だと思います。
