The room was not as expected. I read great reviews but sadly, we were unlucky. The room was so dusty, not clean. The deluxe king seems like a deluxe queen. Our room electricty keeps tripping. For a deluxe king, the room is small, i think we were given the wrong room coz we requested differently. The only great thing about it is it is walking distance to Imago.

Rooms nothing like pictures shown on the website. Completely run down and old. Towels worn and dirty, with an air conditioning system that wouldn't shut off. Other hotels in the same area for the same or less price in better condition.

I've been to this hotel several times. I liked the interior and the fact that it was located next to Imago. Staff was not friendly and served with a smirk. Perhaps it was because we were locals. Their shower was not working properly and no matter how long we tried to find a sweet spot, it came out scalding hot. I ended up not showering. We checked out and informed nicely that the shower seems to have an issue and the reception shouted to another staff regarding the issue. I no longer want to revisit the establishment.
