Good but some improvements would make it great

The location of this hotel is perfect, right on the beach! The apartments are getting a little dated inside! As a family of 4, I felt the room was too crammed and the materesses outside of the main bed were quite hard and uncomfortable! So for 2 people I would recommend but more than 2 probably not as its too crammed and you need to use the sofa beds which are not comfortable

Lovely place to stay

A lovely but basic apartment right on the beach with a small pool. Had the pool to ourselves most the time. There is a bus stop opposite or about 20 mins walk to centre. We were out of check in time so emailed but received no response, we called and they had received email. They sort check in so if you don't have a reply it will all be fine

arrivati non c'era nessuno a riceverci, reception inesistente, solo un cartello appeso col nostro cognome e il numero della camera. entrati, ci siamo accorti subito della scarsissima pulizia, capelli nel letto, sotto il letto polvere di almeno 1 mese, ragnatele ai muri, armadio con puzza di vecchio. nel periodo trascorso abbiamo avuto a che fare con 2 scarafaggi nella stanza....pazzesco! sconsigliatissimo!!!

Lage und Einrichtung der Zimmer, Sauberkeit und Herzlichkeit des Personals waren sehr ansprechend! Das Appartementhaus liegt direkt am Ende der langen Strandpromenade Richtung Tigaki (tagsüber Verkehr, aber man ist ja auch unterwegs) mit schönem privatem Strandabschnitt. Die Küche ist sehr sparsam ausgestattet, wer dort ernsthaft kochen will, sollte Platz für ein scharfes Messer, Sparschäler u Pfannenwender im Fluggepäck einplanen. Für Lärmempfindliche empfehlen sich Ohrenstöpsel der Geräuschpegel ist wie überall von der Rücksichtnahme anderer Gäste abhängig und nicht immer vorhanden. Dabei sind es nicht die Zimmer, sondern die Balkone, auf denen sich unterhalten wird. Im Idealfall hört man nachts aber das Rauschen des Meeres und eine fleissige Grille. Insgesamt finde ich die Appartements empfehlenswert, auch wenn dort - nicht wie im Hotel - keine Rezeption vorhanden ist.

Freundlich sauber mit super Aussicht aufs Meer

Schöne Anlage mit Pool und direkt am Strand, was natürlich mega war. Nette Betreuung und Parkplatz beim Haus. Ein Duschvorhang würde das Duschen einfacher und genussvoller machen aber ich glaub die Griechen kennen das nicht. Alles tip top und an die etwas harte Matratze haben wir uns schnell gewöhnt. Für den Preis perfekt.

Great Seaview

The view from the balcony is amazing sea view. This was the reason we booked this place. We were not disappointed with the view. However, there appartment wasn't that great. There was a strange smell in the room / sheets / towels. There were big moths in the room and sheets had moth's bite holes. There were also other small insects in bathroom. This made the stay little uncomfortable. The property should pay attention to this and replace sheets / towels. Make sure that the rooms are properly cleaned / sprayed to avoid any kind of insects in the room / bathroom.

Hotel beach, sunset views and quiet

A self catering hotel with a beach of its own - quiet and away from the heart of Tigaki so good if you want to relax - small walk to shops and a couple of great tavernas to the right of the hotel up the beach. No frills - none needed for a peaceful beach holiday.

Byron Apartment

Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Sauberkeit beispielhaft, leider ist das Mobiliar einschließlich Kücheneinrichtung nicht so toll. Wir waren mit zwei Kindern dort, dafür war das Apartment einfach zu klein. Für zwei Personen ist es mit Sicherheit ideal... Trotz Nachfrage hat es keine Zahlungsbestätigung seitens des Veranstalters gegeben. Wir mussten bei Byron anrufen , um wenigstens eine telefonische Bestätigung zu bekommen. Trotz der Abstriche haben wir unseren Urlaub genossen.

Absolutely fabulous location. Direct on the beach, we felt like we had our own private beach away from the noise and people at the other popular beaches. My only complaint were the beds, could have been more comfortable.

Gute Lage auf Kos

Minimalistische Küche mit Kühlschrank plus **-Eisfach, Filterkaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und einfacher Küchenausstattung ist vorhanden, die Ausfahrt vom Parkplatz ist ein Wagnis (steile Rampe und kein Überblick auf die Straße möglich). Klimaanlage ist zentral gesteuert (?!) und würde EUR 6,- pro Tag zusätzlich kosten. Insgesamt hat es gut gepasst.

Si sente il rumore del mare..

Appartamento essenziale, pulito, confortevole e dotato dello stretto necessario. Gradevole l'ampio balcone con vista sulle isole, a due passi dal mare. Un luogo per rilassarsi e compilare la lista dei buoni propositi per l'inverno che verrà..unica pecca le zanzare, ma dopo il tramonto diminuiscono notevolmente.

My wallet was stolen on my way to the airport and so I had to cancel the trip. I had booked 10 nights. I was expecting some kind of partial refund due to the situation. The hotel manger refused. Hence, a negative feedback. I'll be glad to change my feedback if a partial refund is provided.

Les rois de l'OVERBOOKING, attention!

Le lieu serait super si la propriété était correcte: nous avons été victimes de OVERBOOKING, geré de la pire des maniéres. Trois jours passés ailleurs dans un hotel que (heureusement) Venere nous a trouvé, mais qui n'avait rien à voir avec ce qu'on avait reservé (et prepayé!). Les propriétaires ont inventé un mensonge (rupture d'un tuyau) pour masquer un overbooking, vraiment lamentable. Ils n'ont meme pas eu la gentilesse de s'excuser par aprés. Nous avons conseillé à Venere d'enlever cette structure de leurs reservations. Déconseillé vivement!
