A beautiful location

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. The accomadation was ok, scheduled power outages, cold showers, no wi fi in the room. Expected more for the price paid,looked like there was better deals on the beach.

Terrible experience

Our OceanVilla1 got door break while we were away (safely locked the door) celebrating the new year eve night at the beach. We reported to the owner immediately that mid-night (12:30-1am), he assured us to contact the police whom he knows closely to catch the person. The next night (Jan 1st) around 7pm, a stranger knocked the shower room at the back of the wooden villa while we were inside and then disappeared. It seems the ones who broke in our room the night before were still around trying to get in again. After all, it seems the owner did not really keep their promise to assure the security around the villa and seem to let it go as we are checking out the next morning. It's a waste of money to spend a lot of money on the stay in the property and experienced this kind of insecure stay and less attention and serious action from the owner.

Royal Retreat at Koh Rong Sanloam

Just 50 meters from the beach, a tropical cabin with everything you can expect from a semi developed island. Clean, relatively fresh and a well stocked bar within the facility. Beautiful white sand beaches all around and not crowded at all. Great place for a vacation and spend time in paradise.

LEs + : excellent resort, bungalow grand et confortable, la douche piverte extra, parfaite propreté, personnel vraiment genial, le bar octopussy ou l'on a passé la quasi totalite de notre temps parfait, la plage juste extraordinaire!!!!! Terrain de petanque, jeu de societe et flechete. Les - : un poil cher mais les c'est une ile ! Donc partout comme ça. Service de restauration un peu leger mais en developemment et on peu prendre a emporter a cote. Bref etablissement juste parfait pour un sejour au paradis. Toutes les conditions sont reunies. Merci!!!!
