出張で泊まりました。 三宮駅駅から近いのは便利ですが、 新神戸駅からだと少し時間がかかります。 そのため、出張の前泊で使用予定の方は、移動ルートを考えておくことをお勧めします。 お風呂の水圧は少し弱めでした。 部屋についていきなりお風呂に浸かりたい方は、まずは部屋に入り次第お風呂のお湯を張り始めることをお勧めします。

お手頃なホテルです。

設備は古いですが、清潔に保たれています。 また、駅から少し離れていますが、徒歩圏内です。 宿泊料も比較的安く、身でのビジネス利用であれば全く問題ないレベルです。

An older property in a really good location. It was a pretty standard business-hotel style room, but a few missing standard amentities really means I would have rather stayed somewhere else. The walls were also paper thin; our neighbor watched the news at normal volume and we were able to hear it legibly until he decided it was time to turn in.

建物が古く手入れも行き届いていないように見受けられる。 清掃も不十分で浴室が髪の毛だらけだった。 朝食はパンが食べ放題だと言っても、その他には茹卵しか無く

ロケーションは三宮駅のすぐそばで、どこに行くにも便利です。施設は若干古い。朝食会場前で喫煙可になっており、朝から受動喫煙は無いなと思った。

古いけど普通くらいかな。

全般的に古い印象はぬぐえません。へやも狭く、冷蔵庫は閉まりにくく、無理に閉めると中身がこおり、きゅうりや茹で玉子がだめになりました。一週間ほどの滞在ですが、膝などにぶつぶつがでました。 朝ごはんはコムシノワのパンが食べ放題で焼いてくださいます。毎日でる茹で玉子なのにほとんどが殻に白身がくっついてボロボロにしないと剥けません。孔をあければつるんと剥けるようになるのに。 建物は古いけど工務店が建ててるので、震災の時も無傷だったとのことで安全ではありそうです。コインランドリーやレンジがないので不便でした。

必要にして十分

所用でチェックインが夜中になり、「サービス」を評価する機会、材料が少なかったので、満点は差し上げませんでしたが、必要十分の応対をして戴けました。帳場のある一階から、四階より上にある食堂、客室に行き来する昇降機はかなり狭く、これは不便と言えば不便です。部屋は清潔で、ゆっり休めました。wifiも快適です。浴衣の備え付けを改め、必要な宿泊客が帳場脇で受け取り、部屋に行く方式でした。これで不便を感じる客もいるはずですが、私は特に困りませんでした。神戸三宮、三ノ宮にほど近く、用務地への往来にも便利でした。出張での利用ながら、思い出に残る旅になりました。

設備老舊 床小，但最嚴重的是禁菸管制很差。我們是住兩天，第一天都很好，但第二天晚上一進門整間都是煙味，疑似是從通風口傳來的，好不容易等到煙味散去，隔天早上又再度傳來煙味。標榜是禁煙房，應該要徹底做好，否則對煙草過敏者如何選擇？

チェックインしようとしたところ、最初の従業員の対応が失礼で、カチンときましたがぐっとこらえて部屋に入りました。暑い日だったせいもあるのでしょうが、空調がなかなか効かず辛かった...たまたまなのかもしれませんが二度は来ないなと思いました。

カビだらけ

床のカーペットがボロボロで埃が落ちていたところまでは我慢したとしても、浴室の壁にびっしり着いた黒カビと赤カビには恐怖すら覚えた。
