If you are looking to spend one night, it was good. Service was great!!!! Everyone was nice and polite.
The tv only had one channel, and it was the news. Our window showed a roof top and into other windows.....
The bed was extremely comfortable... like amazingly comfortable.
But it looked like there was old nicotine stains and mold on the ceiling in our bathroom.
The 14 foot ceilings were great, and made the room look like it had alot of space!!!!
the hotel was very close to our evening theatre, that's why I booked it. It looks better in the pictures, It's very tired. But it was very clean and the staff was very helpful.
It was also very close to the bus station. Not the best part of town.

Rooms need an upgrade .
You can see dust accumulated along walls
Hot waters from sink didn’t flow well
Someone is going to hurt themselves going to washroom with a small step at door

Property was old with little to no improvements done.
Pleasantly surprised with a bigger room than we paid for. Great location and really close to the Sleeman centre for the concert we were going to. Only downside was finding parking for the night it wasn’t totally clear where the best place for us to park was.

Location was great: Close to University and right downtown. Very large room, but old building. Spring mattress, not very comfortable. Overpriced for the room, but the location likely drove the cost up.
No curb appeal. A woman was actually peeing on the entrance when we tried to enter. Very musty smell. Low lighting. Room was spacious though, decent price. Would have booked elsewhere had it not been late. Would not recommend bringing children here.

Very tired and patched together. Incredibly small. Sign actually tells you remotes may not run the tv. Permanent smell to the building and linens.
This is obviously an older property that an owner is trying to use as a hotel. It was clean, but the carpets, beds and everything else about the property was old and should be updated. It was useful for it's location, but I wouldn't stay here again if I can prevent it.
Wow. At roughly $130/ night this was just not acceptable. I gather some of the rooms in the hotel have been renovated, but many have not. Ours was in the latter category. Water damage on the walls, peeling wallpaper (that was stapled back in place in the bathroom), a window air conditioner that was so loud you couldn't sleep with in on - and really seemed to be mostly a fan with no cool air. In truth, this should have been priced at about $69/night. It was as clean as it could be, given its dilapidated state, and the staff were friendly and helpful. WiFi worked.

It was within walking distance of the people I was visiting.
It was acceptable, though an older hotel. The price was a bit lower than other hotels. It served its purpose, for a 2 night stay.
I liked that it was warm and dry. I didn't like that it was NOTHING like the pictures show. We were even taken to the 3rd floor but ALL the rooms we were shown were nothing like what was advertised. We stayed only one night and found other accommodation for the remainder of our stay.
