wont stay there anymore

I was the only person at the hotel, in general the hotel need to be taken care of, the employee was niece, but they did not have warm water and the window at the room is not working. When I get up one day for breakfast there was no one, the receptionist offered to make my breakfast.

The breakfast was the same for all 4 mornings - the curtains need to be changed and washed. The hotel did not have a lounging area for guests ...........................

My worst Hotel in Kigali

I have stayed at 5 different hotels in Kigali and this has to be the worst. 1. They had no record of my reservation through Expedia and instead of working it out through Expedia they made me pay. 2. The hotel staff were not cordial or cooperative. 3.The room smelled of musty moldy smell 4. I had one towel in the bathroom and it looked like it was used to clean the floor. 5. The bathtub had stains from years of use and poor cleaning. 6. The Gym sucked 7. The pool when I arrived looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks Overall very poor hotel.

Hotel décevant

Très cher. Chambre pas bien arrangé. Petit déjeuner avec très peu de produit et de mauvaise qualité,même pas un croissant ou du bon pain .Jus de fruit allongé à l 'eau et avec du sucre. Pas assez des draps pour avoir la chambre prête à l'heure du check in. Le menu du restaurant est plein des choses ,mais même pas la moitié est disponible. Les boissons coutent trois fois le prix du supermarché et elles sont souvent chaudes ou congelés. le personnelle est très gentil et il fait de son mieux.Personnelle serviable et sympa à tous moments. Très cher pour la qualité totale du service et du comfort.

Caro e con servizi non corrispondenti al prezzo..

Personale simpatico e disponibile ,molto ,molto gentile. questo dobbiamo sottolinearlo. Colazione pessima: omelette crude, non marmellata ,pane duro,succhi di frutta allungati con acqua e zucchero. Moltissime zanzare e non ci sono zanzariere.Se il personale deve cambiare le lenzuola puo'succedere che il letto resti tutto il giorno disfatto perché non hanno lenzuola a sufficienza.Pochissimi canali TV e tutti in inglese a parte uno in kyniarwanda ed uno pessimo in francese. Se vuoi mangiare al ristorante molte cose presenti nel menu' non ci sono. Bevande ed alcolici molto cari. Il pezzo é alto per un hotel a 3 stelle ( o quattro?) . costa poco meno del Serena Hotel che é un sogno

This hotel cost twice what I usually pay in Kigali and offered poorer service and breakfast. I have visited it in the past for meals and it has gone down hill over the last few years. You can do better than this for the same price in Kigali.

Litt slitent

The hotel has a central and pleasant location in Kigali. The rooms are rather dark and some swithces where hard to fint. Room service is fine and efficient, but a bit overpriced. The beds were comfortable. The price found on hotels.com is higher than what is offered on site.

Accoglienza molto gradevole.Quasi tutto lo staff gentile .La colazione é molto "triste" a parte le omelettes non c'é acqua, caffe e the qualità pessima, croissant vecchi. Non pane fresco ,né formaggio.Succo di frutto artificiale( sintetico non fresco ) e di pessimo gusto.Staff disponibile per aiutare e chiamare taxi.Stanze squallide,ma pulitissime.Pochisimmi canali TV in kinyarwanda ed in inglese solamente

La première fois que j'ai logée à l'hôtel tout a été super. Cette fois ici bien que j'avez demandé une chambre jardin et ils m'avez répondu OUI, j'ai eu une chambre au premier étage avec vue sur la rue = beaucoup de brouille. La chambre été vétuste. J'ai du rappeler plusieurs fois pour avoir de l'eau. La "cattle" me marché pas. Pendant 2 jours pas de savon ni de shampoing. Le petit déjeuner été de mauvaise qualité: pas assez des choses et la qualité de la nourriture très basique.

　ホテル自体は、飾り気の無い、ごく普通のホテルでした。庭には、カンムリ鶴も居て、いい感じです。 　ただ、チェックインの際に、Hotels.comからの予約が入っていないと言われ、仕方なく自分で国際電話を入れ、東京のデスクに確認をお願いしました。待たされること、45分。やっと部屋に入りました。 　チェックアウトの際には、二人部屋の追加料金を払えと言われ、既にHotels.comに支払済みだからと、再度の確認に15分。 　今回は、Hotels.comさんの対応にがっかりです。

Friendly hotel in nice quiet setting

Hotel staff was nice. Food was good, Room was pleasant and clean. Price was right. I stayed in a room accros the street from the main building but the internet didn't work. Stipp - please fix that! Rooms in the main building had no problem with the wireless internet.
