Room was very clean, staff was great. Great location, 2 blocks from Duvall St. The only negative was the room was very tiny, but for one night or two very doable.
This hotel is a true hidden gem within walking distance to Duvall Street. Yes the rooms are extremely small but the cleanliness charm and staff makeup for the tight quarters. The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect, would most definitely stay here again.
We had an excellent time! Staff was friendly and helpful.
The tips on local weather really helped us out. We were able to entertain some local friends for an hour between events because of the extra seating on the porches. It was perfect!
Our stay was perfect! Great area within walking distance to St George St and restaurants. The room was spotless and very nice. Breakfasts were very tasty and Cindy was the perfect hostess. We will stay there again when we go back to St Augustine!
Quaint little place. Well maintained and comfortable. Also located in the Old Town area making walking to virtually everything possible. We really enjoyed our stay here at The Caribbean House.
Good location on a side street near all attractions. Friendly staff. Room was small and could clearly hear people in rooms on both sides. Wish breakfast started earlier than 8:30 am. Free street parking nearby was hard to find, but they do offer four spaces at hotel for $25.
Wonderful location and easy walking access to Duval, museums and points of interest. Assigned on-site parking at the property was a huge “plus” when arriving by car. Street parking is extremely limited and open spots very hard to find in Key West. Main floor room was very small with about 3 ft walk around bed. (cozy at they put it). That said, you really shouldn’t be staying in the room for other than sleep. Lol. Staff were great! Room was clean.
My only complaint was trying to find the parking lot a a place to park while i checked in. Could use a description on their website. But hotel was cute, comfortable and quaint
Was another great stay. The room met my needs, and they took care of me. They had bikes for rent, and it was much better to see the city this way versus a Uber. Thanks Marisol for taking care of me. Same time next year.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
We arrived in town after midnight for 3 nights. I booked this location based on walkability to the amphitheater, price and overall ratings. It was good for our needs on this trip.
The room is tiniest one I have ever stayed in, and I have traveled a lot. The bathroom door can’t open without hitting the nightstand and the shower was too small for my husband to even turn around in. I’m 5’4” and sat on the toilet the shave my legs in the shower.
But size isn’t everything. It was clean. It was safe. The staff was very kind. There is breakfast although we didn’t go because we wanted to hit up some of our favorites while we were there. For a weekend trip with someone you really like (the bathroom door isn’t solid so you will share everything!) it’s a good deal.
Lots of dining options in the area. We would do it again if we needed to.
