Pros: Room was spacious, clean, and well appointed Free filtered water Overall very nice hotel Cons: No parking- the hotel has virtually no parking and the street parking is scarce The air conditioning unit was so loud it was hard to sleep through the noise Additionally, the dehumidifier was also loud and we had to turn it off when we slept The room was hot as you could only lower the AC to 72 degrees The spiral stairs leading to the room were steep and unexpected, if you have any issues with climbing stairs this is not the room for you The shower layout made it so you cannot stand up straight in shower The bathroom door doesn’t have a closure so all you can do is pull it closed and hope it doesn’t open We enjoyed our stay, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

This was a clean property which had everything including an ice machine and filttered water machine! Friendly professional people who work there and have thought of every extra touch to make your stay worry free! Great pool,and I stayed at the top "treehouse" room which had 2 sets of stairs to get to it. It was a large room and I enjoyed it with my own private deck!

Fantastic Location

This was a fantastic location. Super close to many walkable restaurants, bars, etc. great heated pool too. We are not used to spiral staircases and it was a bit challenging getting luggage up but amazing view.

Overall, this place is superb. From the cleanliness, to the location, I have no complaints. We stayed in the top, Aria, which has a narrow spiral staircase. DO NOT STAY UP THERE

My husband and I stayed in Aria and it was great! The heated pool was amazing. Very clean and kept up place. We enjoyed the no kid policy they have. The chocolates they had in the shared area was a sweet touch. Liz and Dan were very helpful with everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect weekend stay in the attic!

Great spot for a weekend getaway. Historic home that’s been converted for rentals. We loved having the top room, but beware the staircase is a narrow climb. We had everything we could need and would definitely stay here again.

Interesting, unique,but a bit challenging

A unique property with descent access to Duval Street. Situated in an historic home, the hosts provides for common access to the first floor and it lovely amenities. Our room was on the third floor and reached by steep spiral stairs that are only safe for those in good shape and moderate body size. Our unit offered lovely views and tree top breezes, but was limited by sloping walls, including in the shower.

Great place to relax for a few days in beautiful Key West. The Aril unit was really nice and different although for an attic suite, you need to be careful of the pitched walls, including the shower! Anyone taller than 5’10” should think about a lower suite on site…

Unique place

Cool property and easy check in. The spiral stairs are a little spooky and tight, but we knew that when we booked. Added to the charm. Very clean and easy to communicate with the host.

Paradise!

Loved our visit to Key West and our stay at Aria! Conveniently located and perfect space to stay for a few days. Just a heads up that the only way up is a spiral staircase, which we knew upon renting… But didn’t think about dragging our luggage up and down. We did fine, but could be strenuous for older folks to go up and down several times a day. Overall great stay and stay again for sure!

Cozy and Cute

The property was clean, comfortable, and had nice amenities. The Aria room was very spacious. As identified by the property owner and other reviewers, the staircase can be a challenge. But the room is worth it!The view from the room's balcony is wonderful. The rest of the property is well-kept and has several indoor and outdoor areas for gathering with friends. The house and pool are surrounded by beautiful greenery. It is a charming home.The on-site parking is a real plus, but if you aren't driving, the property is very walkable to many locations. An Uber is never more than 2 minutes away. Overall, the property is centrally located to just about anything that you want to see in Key West. Generally less than a 10 minute drive.

Melanie and Dan are so incredibly nice and accommodating, they let us hang out on the property before and after our check in and check out times. As soon as you walk in the front door you feel like you are at home. The pool is amazing and great way to meet new friends. I am so glad that we stayed at the Azul, I loved everything about it! Definitely recommend staying there!
