And..... relax

Just had two nights in a mountain view deluxe room. Very peaceful, lovely views from the shady balcony. Very comfortable bed. Liked the ethos of eco friendly nature retreat.

The place is very nice, kind of a horse ranch, built with very good taste in the details. Rooms were clean and spacious. For the size and category, should have had buffet breakfast. Instead, there was only a quite basic breakfast served to your table. The ranch has its stables within the property. If you care about horses, as we do, we found that the horses were not very well kept. They were underweighted and their stables were dirty. Lots of potential for a very nice place, but it needs a better management.

Harika bir Konsept

Otel konsepti mükemmel at binmek icin tek adres otel çalışanları ve binici eğitmenleri guler yüzlü,pozitif ve kibar. Otel kahvaltısı mükemmel ve ayrıca şarap servisleri istediğim gibi soğuk,büyük bardak ve lezzetli şömineyi istediğim zaman yaktılar temizlik her otel gibi diyebilirim ne ayrıntılı ne de yüzeysel orta şekerli bir temizlikti.Tüm çalışan ekibe teşekkürlerimi iletiyorum.

Güzel otel.

Otelin konumu, odaları, havuzu, bahçeleri çok iyi ve bakımlı. Çalışanlar da harika. Ancak kahvaltıdaki ürünler daha özenli ve kaliteli seçilebilir, sıcak yemekler daha iyi olabilirdi. En azından bir haşlanmış yumurta olmasını beklerdim. Ayrıca odada ilk gün kullandığımız bardakların 4 gün boyunca neden degistirilmediğini anlamadık. Yine de herşey için teşekkürler.

Die Ranch machte einen guten Eindruck. Roller Ausblick vom Pool, mit gemütlichen Liegen. Das Restaurant war ok, das Angebot am Frühstück war sporadisch, wir waren allerdings präsaisonal. Unser Zimmer (unterhalb des Pools) war etwas ungemütlich eingerichtet und dunkel, das Badezimmer allerdings sehr modern und sauber. Achtung Mückengefahr.

Опасно для жизни!!!

В ванной при закрытии двери лопнуло стекло душа и порезало руки жены! Персонал даже не знал как оказать первую медицинскую помощь! Мало того, никто даже не поинтересовался состоянием супруги после того, как мы вернулись из больницы. Поменяли номер только после того, как мы попросили. Вещи из прежнего номера собирали по стеклу сами, никто не предложил помощь и не подумал, что это может быть опасно. Утром пожаловались владельцам отеля, они нагрубили и сказали, что мы сами разбили душ. Отдых испорчен, тк жена не сможет плавать еще 5 дней. Грубость, хамство и безответственность. Если в этом отеле у вас случится похожая история (в новом номере душ тоже нормально не закрывался), пишите жалобу в полицию. Мы пожалели владельцев и не сделали этого, но после утреннего разговора с ними очень жалеем, что не написали. Берегите себя и выбирайте другой отель.

Müşteri memnuniyetini önemsemiyorlar

Martta kaldık, gece hava soğuktu. Bize verdikleri odada klima arızalıydı ve sıcak üflemiyordu. Resepsiyondaki görevli gelip ayarladı 15dk içinde ısınacağını söyledi. 1 saat oyaladılar bizi. Daha sonra teknik eleman geldi, ayarladı 15 dk içinde ısınacağını söyledi tabi biz o ara buz gibi odada duş aldık ve sürekli odaya eleman girip çıktığı için anahtarla kapıyı kilitlemek zorundaydık. Eleman klima arızasının bizim kartlı anahtarla kapı kilitlememizden kaynaklandığını iddia etti. Odaya sürekli eleman girip çıkarken biz kapıyı kilitlemeyip baska ne yapacaktık? Daha sonra Ufo getirdi, ufo arızalıydı ve kapanıyordu arada. Bize sabaha kadar ufoyla uyumamızı söyledi. Ufoyla uyumanın tehlikeli olduğunu, odayı ısıtmayacağını, yangına sebebiyet vereceğini söyledik. Oda değişikliği istedik. “Tamam oda ayarlamaya gidiyorum” diye gitti teknik eleman ve 30 dk sonra otel bomboş olmasına rağmen bize oda ayarlayamacaklarını söyledi. Biz üç kişilik odada kalıyorduk. Başka oda ayarlayamazlarmış. Böylece bizim 2,5 saatimizi yediler ve buz gibi odada ıslak saçla beklemek zorunda kaldık. 3 saat sonra şansa klima çalıştı yoksa bizi buz gibi odada uyumaya zorlıcaklardı. KAHVALTI verdikleri yer cok soğuktu, montla oturduk ısıtıcı açmamışlardı ve şömineyi de yakmamışlardı. Ertesi gün çıkarken hiçbir yetkili bizimle yasadığımız soruna dair konuşmadı, özür dilemedi. Asla verilen parayı haketmiyor. Bu arada kaldığımız gece bazı yastıklar tüylenmişti battaniyelerde de sararmalar vardı.

Lüks ve konfor sizin için çok önemli değilse kalabilirsiniz.fiyat orta derecede.çoğunlukla rus turistler var ve doluluk oranı yüksek.personel çok ilgili değil ama bir sorununuz olduğunda çözmek için gayretli.otel konum olarak ormanın içerisinde olduğu için sürüngenlerle karşılaşma ihtimaliniz var.özellikle akşamları yürüdüğünüz yerleri telefonun feneri ile aydınlatmanızı öneririm.konumu güzel.sakin ortam.yine de tavsiye edebilirim.

doğayla iç içe keyifli ve huzurlu bir otel ancak temzilik konusunda çok zayıf özellikle havlu ve carsaflarda... merkezden ve denizden uzakta orman içinde farklı oda konseptlerine sahip havuz, otopark ve açık büfe kahvaltı mevcut.

Бронировали номер Форест. Из названия следует вид на лес/природу, стоимость была дороже. По факту наш номер был на первом этаже с видом на отельную парковку, т.е. машины стоят через пару метров от перил. Вход в номер был черного угла в зоне для персонала. Какой-то странный "улучшенный" номер. Пол в номере не был помыт вообще. Завтрак скудный, это был шестой отель за этот отпуск, есть с чем сравнивать. Лошади действительно сильно худые и очень грустные. Потенциал у отеля большой, природа изумительнная, но красиво и тихо вокруг.
