"Well maintained property with spectacular views. Staff(Petros) was very friendly and helpful. The location is right next to the Venetian castle, Old Town market giving it a charming vibe. Breakfast was included. We had pancakes everyday. And the best part, sunset from the terrace with Apollo temple in the view"

"The hotel has close access to the beach but did not provide lounge chairs or umbrellas. Did offer beach towels. The room was comfortable with a good shower and bath amenities. The area near the hotel is not particularly attractive so staying there is primarily to be near the beach."

"We had a lovely suite at the Cosmos. Room was more than adequate. Clean, 3 balconies, all the amenities needed. One blind was broken so we could never raise it to. See out of that window. We needed a room for an extra night due to ferries being canceled because of high winds; they were able to accommodate us. Staff was helpful overall. Dining options nearby are quite close with a market available as well. "

"Beautiful brand new property. You can tell they spared no expense on design. Beautiful rooms, beautiful pool, overall beautiful property. Breakfast was excellent, many options Cons: beach is a bit of a walk along a dirt road, beach chairs are quite far from the water. Not enough mirrors in the room. Only one small mirror in the bathroom over the sink "

Beautiful views from the upper tarrace. The negatives: reception and service ladies were unfortunately either not there or very slow and forgot stuff. Also not attentive or friendly. One was carrying two empty plates and two beers and broke one, waiting time for the next beer was 30minutes, one hour until it was...

"Just got back from a week in Naxos ( October 25 ) the place was incredible. From the ferry we took the local bus (2.30 euros) and drop off 25 feet from the Hotel. Ocean view. The staff was so accommodating, and the Spa treatment was sensational. breakfast buffet was very generous and stayed open till 11 AM. Meals at the hotel were a little more expensive but more refined than the local restaurants. When we left, most of the restaurants were closing down for the season. "

"This was our 2nd stay but this time we were in the older Naxos resort section rather than the galaxy section but enjoyed the room even though it wasn’t renovated as much (updated but not renovated). Breakfast was fabulous as last time. Enjoyed the discounted beach sunbeds. Location is the best in Naxos as you’re right on the beach and only a short walk to amazing restaurants. We hope to return for a 3rd visit !! "
