The stay was amazing. From the moment we walked in we were warmly greeted by the owners of the property who showed exceptional hospitality. The room was really nice and clean with an amazing view of the surroundings. The food was 10/10 with a selection of both local and international options. The owners helped with arranging a jeep for the safari and were ready to help with any other requests. I would highly recommend staying at the property if you’re going for the Yala Jungle Safari.
From the moment we arrived, the owners were so kind and helpful, even organising a full-day safari with an amazing guide where we spotted three leopards and so much more.
The rooms were spotless, honestly the cleanest we saw in our whole month in Sri Lanka, and could easily match a high-end hotel in Europe or the US. The location is perfect, right next to the entrance to Yala National Park, so you get peace and nature all around. We even saw a chameleon in the garden!
The food was the best of our trip, authentic Sri Lankan dishes, amazing hoppers, and the fluffiest pancakes for breakfast. Generous portions, cooked with care.
If you get the chance to stay here, do it.
You’ll leave with a full heart, a full stomach, and memories you won’t forget.
