Duschen var katastrof, antingen skållhett vatten eller iskallt. När vi kom fanns inget rum så fick bo på ett annat i 2 nätter. Personalen och städningen var perfekt :) Dock så var lakanen ofta trasiga och endel handdukar missfärgade

Das ist eine Bar mit Zimmer,es ist rund um die Uhr laut .im Bad Schimmel an der Decke.Der Pool ungepflegt keine Liege und kein Sonnenschirm.

We have been told the hotel was fully booked, and waiting for a while for them to check availability from other hotel. Eventually we have been arranged to another guesthouse with 10 minutes walk distance from original hotel we booked. The shower room is old, and not enough water come out while showering. We told them the shower gel is nearly empty on 1st night we stay, they never refill it. So we bought from 7-11. Would not consider to stay in this hotel anymore.

最悪

12月5日から3日間利用しましたがエクスペディアがこんなホテルと提携してていいのかエクスペディアも疑ってしまう。まずホテルは24時間のバーが隣接されてて朝6時まで大騒ぎしてて眠れない。次にトイレはトイレットペーパー使用禁止でトイレットペーパーも常備されていないためトイレは使用出来ない。シャワーはお湯が出ない。部屋の清掃もしてくれない。テレビはあるがリモコンがない為、使用できない。以上の事をホテルスタッフに何度も頼んでみたが聞き入れてもらえず。今、帰国したらエクスペディアコールセンターと話し合いをする予定。このホテルには絶対に宿泊してはダメです。同じ価格帯でもっと良いホテルはあると思います。
