"Booking reference number is different from what we have. Hotels are seeing our bookings from Expedia.com and its reference number is different from hotels.com's. "The room smelled of cigarette smoke. When asked to change room, the reception was most reluctant. After that the staff become rude to us. The pillows were moldy and the whole place was dark and gloomy. We felt unsafe and check out to other hotel without staying though we already paid for the 2 rooms."
