Staff were incredibly helpful and remembered me from my last stay, having my room ready before I even arrived. Will definitely stay again. "Deep.cleaning in the room.and most especially the bathroom. The tub and the shower walls need to be scrub and disinfected thoroughly. We decided not to take a shower the next day. We use to love staying at Tiara when in Labuan. So shocked how the condition is with this hotel now. It pretty sad."
