Above and Beyond

I wish I could recall the Manager's name that checked me in, and extended the length of my stay so easily and at an amazing rate. My Room was in the main hotel, and was up to date, clean, and comfortable. I'll definitely be staying there again

Impeccable service and willingness to please..The Owner AL, is a wonderful people oriented man with a willingness to make sure all is right. I HIGHLY recommend staying here. Price, cleanliness and friendly staff makes thisba 5 star establishment imo.

The check-in process was a bit slow because the staff couldn’t find our Expedia reservation right away. Our “non-smoking room” smelled like smoke and as a result all our clothing did too. The kitchenette was very clean and had new appliances - great to make all our meals. The heat came on in our room automatically, with no control to turn it off/down. The TV turned on but the remote didn’t work...WIFI was quick. Finally, it was a bit noisy being right on a major street and next to the trains. Otherwise we were happy to have a convenient location while visiting Kamloops.

Comfortable, clean rooms with breakfast

Just what we were looking for . Very comfortable and clean. Will come back in the future.. Also has a restaurant attached that serves a great breakfast
