You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• A tax is imposed by the city and will be collected at the property. This tax does not apply to residents of Venice City and children under 10 years of age. Further exemptions may apply to patients and their companions, and people staying in the city for specific purposes/duties, subject to the submission of proper documents to the property. A 30 percent reduction applies from January 1-31.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 31 March, EUR 0.00 per person, per night, up to 10 nights
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 April - 31 October, EUR 2.70 per person, per night, up to 10 nights

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Fee for cooked-to-order breakfast: approximately EUR 20 for adults and EUR 20 for children
• Covered self parking fee: EUR 15 per night
• Early check-in is available for a fee (subject to availability)
• Late check-out is available for a fee (subject to availability)
• Crib (infant bed) fee: EUR 25.0 per night
• Rollaway bed fee: EUR 60 per night
