This place is top class. And less than ten minutes from the old town. Very highly recommend. The entrance is small but that's ok because you are not spending time there anyway. But the rooms are great.

The hotel is nice and clean. However, the surroundings (the locality) are very dirty. We had an awkward experience during check in; the receptionist asked for a deposit of SR 200 for our prepaid room. There's no such information at the time of booking. We have been to many hotels in many countries, never faced this type of situation. The price appears to be a bit higher based on the surrounding locations.

Nice clean hotel in Jedda's historic district

This hotel experience was a very good one. We only had minor problems such as thick pillows and a noisy AC on our first night. However, the staff went the extra mile to help us. They changed us the room and provided better pillows. Another issue not related to the hotel were other noisy guests arriving late at night and speaking very loud in the hallways.

Bismillah I am very disappointed in the stay of the hotel. Worst experience ever. The sheets made my bed itchy, the bathroom had small flies in it. When we asked for breakfast they gave us cold eggs. The Air conditioner made cracking noises that made it hard for us to sleep. We wanted to checkout about 10 days early cause we were unhappy with our experience, the guy said talk to Expedia make the change and I’ll return the money. It’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t seen my money back and when Expedia tries to reach out to hotel management no answer…. This is as bad as it gets from a hotel.
