This thoughtfully designed apartment sleeps up to 3 guests with a bunk bed (queen + single) and features private air conditioning, a private bathroom with hot shower, and a full kitchen equipped with a mini fridge, electric stove, extractor, microwave, plates, cups, and utensils. Guests can relax with a 50” Samsung TV and enjoy fast, free WiFi throughout the property. Jaco Living is a newly completed boutique-style building (March 2026) with only 5 private apartments, creating a quiet and exclusive atmosphere. The property includes free secure on-site parking for one vehicle, an electronic gate with 24/7 access, flexible doorman or self check-in, and a welcoming lobby with onsite management. Guests can unwind in the secure internal courtyard with grass and plants or enjoy the large swimming pool with a wraparound deck, sun lounge chairs, and outdoor furniture—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Located just 800 meters from Jacó Beach via Calle Lapas Verde, the property offers the ideal balance of convenience and tranquility, placing you close enough to walk to restaurants, shops, casinos, and nightlife while still enjoying a peaceful environment. Additional features include a foot rinse area for sand and saltwater, a 1200-gallon reserve water tank with pressure system for reliable water at all times, and security cameras with onsite staff for added safety. Apartments are stocked with essentials such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, and bath towels, and housekeeping and laundry services are available for an additional fee. An EV charger is also available for electric vehicles (reservation required in advance). Guests have full private access to their apartment with key entry and can come and go freely through the secure electronic gate at any time. Our onsite administrator and team are available to assist during your stay, and we are always reachable via messaging for any needs. We also provide a detailed guidebook to Jacó Beach with our favorite restaurants, tours, and local recommendations. Complimentary luggage storage is available on arrival or departure day from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Additional guests are welcome within the maximum occupancy, and the primary guest is responsible for all occupants. Parties and loud music are not permitted, as we strive to maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all guests.
