Não reservei quarto PCD mas o hotel me alocou em quarto PCD sem possibilidade de troca resultando em desconforto no Box de banho( água por todo banheiro). Demais detalhes, Ok.

Quarto limpo, tudo organizado, mas tinha um barulho, acho que do timer do ar que incomodou a noite toda, alem disso o ar condicinado é daqueles que atinge uma temperatura e desliga, então vc passa a noite cobrindo e descobrindo. Outra coisa é a lampada do banheiro que tbm tem um timer, e qdo vc esta no meio do banho, pah escurece tudo, nao demora a voltar, mas é muito desagradavel.

Bom custo-beneficio, mas pode melhorar

Foi minha 2ª estadia nesse hotel. Posso classificar a mesma entre razoável e boa. A estrutura do hotel começa a dar sinais de desgaste pelo passar do tempo. Ar-condicionado antigo, que já não resfria bem. Fazia quese 40⁰ na cidade, muito calor, e o ar deixou a desejar. A torneira da "famosa duchina" estava com defeito. O vazamento fez alagar parte do banheiro. Ruim... o banho também provoca água respingando por todo o banheiro. O frigobar está "erado". "Velhinho", coitado. Roupa da cama - enxoval - desgastada. O colchão não proporciona conforto. O destaque fica para o café da manhã. É simples, mas, muito bom.

PESSÍMA!

O hotel em si é bom, boas instalações e limpo. Tem um rapaz na recepção que é pessimo de atendimento, fomos mal atendidos e ele é arrogante. Ficamos varios minutos na porta da garagrm apertando o botão, o mesmo nao atendeu, perigoso o local a noite e mesmo assim o rapaz foi super arrogante. Ocorreu uma situação bem chata, chegamos 5h da manha, de viagem, cansados, esse mesmo funcionario nos colocou no corredor perto da cozinha, a maior barulheira a manhã inteira, o chuveiro nao esquentava e o ar nao gelava. No outro dia, o rapaz que estava na recepcao (outro rapaz) foi super solicito e rapidamente resolveu. Tivemos dois encontros com o rapaz da recepcao que foram desagradaveis, pessimo atendimento e arrogante. Nao volto mais no hotel. Inclusive o nosso cafe da manha estava incluso na diaria e cobraram a mais do cafe da manha do quarto do nosso amigo, que saiu antes. Eles cobram preços diferentes alegando que nao ha mais a reserva, mas a minha estava confirmada. Resumindo, experiencia foi horrivel!! Nao volto!
