The bed was comfortable and breakfast was absolutely amazing. The location is very walkable to dining and shopping. There are so many beautiful hikes in the area as well. We definitely would stay here again!

The Inn on Columbia was fantastic. We stayed two evenings in this centrally located property in Ithaca. This was our first trip to Ithaca, Ken and Madeline were amazingly helpful. The breakfast is nothing short of phenomenal! All of the guests we met were very friendly and made for interesting morning conversations. The Inn is very comfortable, clean and you are made to feel welcome at all times.

Had a wonderful 3 days here. Madeleine and Ken, were excellent and helpful hosts, providing suggestions for walks, wineries and restaurants. The daily homemade breakfast was delicious and varied each day. We particularly loved the fresh homemade muffins and scones. Lovely touch to have access to complimentary snacks, fruit and drinks through the day as well. Great location, comfortable room and an easy walk into town.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The accommodation was extremely comfortable and the host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their warm hospitality truly made our trip special. The homemade breakfast each morning was a real highlight - freshly prepared, delicious, and the perfect way to start our day. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The breakfast alone is worth a visit! Perfect location to access downtown commons and quick drives to the top nature areas and Cornell campus. This was our first visit to Ithaca and we will definitely return!

Home Away From Home

My stay was full of delights! Madeline and Kenn made me feel so welcome and at home--Madeline's breakfasts were the highlight of my stay in NY! The best breakfasts I've ever enjoyed while traveling--I travel a lot and am in my 60s! The room in the main house was private, nicely appointed, comfortable and serene. Madeline gave me tips to make the most of my time in Ithaca. All her suggestions were excellent and personally selected for my interests. A very memorable time and I would definitely stay there again or recommend the Inn on Columbia to friends. Warm, quiet and beautiful.

Wonderful

We had a great stay at the Inn on Columbia. The breakfast was wonderful, including fresh fruits and scones, and our host had an excellent selection of books to browse through. She was also very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and activities. The room was quiet and comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious. Thank you!
