FALTA DE PROFISSIONALISMO NO ATENDIMENTO.
A estrutura da Pousada e agradável porém o atendimento deixou muito a desejar. Ao nos receber a proprietaria da Pousada disse que havia preparado outro quarto pra nos porem decidiu nos "remanejar" pra outro. A pousada esteve vazia durante nossa estadia. O quarto cheirava a mofo, chao sujo, banheiro faltando azuleijo na parede, piso do chao quebrado, chuveiro so frio, ar com controle que nao funcionava (questinei e ela levou outro de cara feia no quarto). Sem colcha pra nos cobrir, tive que pedir. Diante de todos estes problemas pedi pra mudar de quarto no outro dia e ela se recusou pediu que alguem consertasse o chuveiro. Cafe da manha ela disse que seria servido individualmente, super estranho, perdeu o beleza do cafe da manha que amo. Ja me hospedei desde hoteis 5 estrelas a pousadas mais humildes e o café da manha vc se servia a vontade. Resultado preferi tomar meu cafe da manha na padaria em nenhum dia tomei na pousada. Nao nos sentimos a vontade nem mesmo pra usar as areas comum da Pousada. Ela e filha moram lá e fazem de la seu doce lar...NOS SENTIMOS HOSPEDES INDESEJADOS QUANDO VAMOS PARA UMA CASA DE UM PARENTE QUE NÃO NOS QUER RECEBER. Ela nao fez nada pra nos cativar, falta muito profissionalismo, nao há funcionarios, so uma faxineira, que vai la alguns dias. NAO GOSTEI MESMO E ME ARREPENDI DE HAVER CONCELADO MINHA RESERVA NA POUSADA PORTAL DA CONCHA, estes porem muito simpaticos, ate cafe da tarde me ofereceram pra conhecer a pousada na minha estadia na cidade.

Pousada é uma graça, excelente localização, próxima a praia da Concha...próx ao comércio central ,aos restaurantes, muito limpo, organizado o ambiente.A proprietária sempre pronta a nos orientar,dar dicas...tudo ótimo !!!
Recomendo... pretendo voltar ano que vem !!!

La dueña de la posada fue muy servicial se preocupó en todo momento por darnos una estadía agradable el desayuno era muy rico la vista excepcional muy cómodo para bajar a la playa con niños recomiendo 100%
