From the moment we stepped into the hotel to the moment we were leaving was an excellent stay, top class customer service, really friendly and always very polite. I would definitely go back to Vander Valk to stay. The rooms are really nice with everything you need like the fridge, lcd tv, safe locker. The beds were really comfortable.

POSITIV: Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war lecker , schön vorbereitet und reichhaltig. .... unangenehm waren eher Kleinigkeiten. z.B. kein Ganzkörperspiegel (Istanbul ist eine Shoppingstadt), oder im Bad keine Seifenschale, zu wenig Haken um sein Handuch etc. aufzuhängen. Preisleistung absolut OKAY!!!!!!

Laat je niet misleiden door de naam Vander Valk Istanbul Hotel. Het is namelijk geen hotel van de van der Valk concern. Op zich was de hotel wel goed, maar je gaat er natuurlijk heen met in je achterhoofd dat het een echte van der Valk is en dan valt het tegen.

De bedden zijn prima, goede matras en alles is proper. De badkamer is oke maar gedateerd. Slecht is het ontbijt!!! Als je v.d.Valk NL bent gewend is dit een zware teleurstelling. Het ontbijt kan op een eenvoudige manier worden verhoogd in kwaliteit.

Vorrei sapere come questo albergo ha ottenuto le 4 stelle , ci sono camere senza finestre strette e con un rumore di motori in piena notte non si riusciva a dormire , abbiamo chiamato l’inserviente ma non ha risolto nulla prendendoci in giro, La sala per la colazione sorvegliata da 3 telecamere e quando abbiamo preso piu di un panino grandi come una moneta da 2 € siamo stati ripresi dalle cameriere e obbligati a malo modo di lasciarli , mai successo nei miei viaggi ,ci siamo veramente sentiti truffati ,credo che la vostra organizzazione debba controllare meglio le strutture che propone perche quando i soggiorni cominciano male di riflesso anche la vacanza gira allo stesso modo

La chambre était propre et faites tout les jours, le petit déjeuner étaient correct (juste pas moyen d’avoir du lait chaud, expresso, cappucino ou autre seulement du thé et du jus en boisson). L’emplacement nickel ( métro et tram à 2min a pied ce qui permet de rejoindre en moins de 10min le quartier sultanahmet et en 15min max la place Taksim). L’inconvénient majeur est que aucun des membres du personnel ne comprend l’anglais ou le français.

Очень хорошая гостиница! Комнаты очень чистые! Персонал приветливый. Месторасположение класс! Ездила с мамой и тётей в возрасте. Нужно было найти комфортное место для проживания. У меня это получилось сделать в этом отеле. Завтрак очень вкусный и разнообразный! В следующий раз обязательно вновь остановлюсь в этой гостинице! Бронируйте не пожалеете!

Déception totale

Hotel vraiment pas adapté aux familles avec enfants en bas âge et aux personnes à mobilité réduite, escaliers dangereux à l'entrée et jusqu'au premier étage, ascenseur au premier étage étroit ne supportant pas plus de deux personnes avec porte dangereuse, chambre pourtant Deluxe très étroite avec équipement pauvre et défectueux (salle de bain sans miroir ou porte savon, avec porte serviette unique, lavabo mal fixé dangereux) compresseur de climatisation posé par terre au balcon avec chaleur qui revient dans la chambre, personnel non accueillant nonchalant et irrespectueux des clients, petit déjeuner pauvre et répétitif sans, seule la localisation est bonne proche des transports en communs.

Ik reserveerde dit hotel op basis van onze ervaringen bij van der valk in België en Nederland. Personeel spreekt geen Engels of zeer slecht! Ontbijt wil ik zelfs niet over praten! Kamer en toilet stinken naar afvoer. Geen enkele Engelstalig post op tv. Vervangen van lamp in kamer is niet mogelijk dus moesten we als we savonds id kamer waren met de grote lichten aan zitten... Als u naar Turkije gaat zou ik toch iedereen aanraden een 5 sterren hotel boeken.
