Good location , just opposite to the metro and nice area . But the breakfast is not even basic , we didnt like at all. ( orange juice is a terrible powder, no corn flakes for kids , no milk , no pancake : kids didnt profit from breakfast, we had to buy from.outside)

The staff of this hotel are wonderful! I have been staying there for the last 4 years at least 3 times a year . However, I took my daughters with me this time and we were disappointed with the AC- even when you leave the spare card in it shuts down by itself.

The staff at this hotel are the best. The only thing it needs is to update the TV channels giving options in English as there is none. The bathrooms need a bit of maintenance as well.

Overall everything was good, but there were two of us and they gave us just one robe and one blanket. We had to ask for additional blanket. There was no spoon and forks provided in the room. They did not provide new slippers within 5 days of our stay. The location is great (metro station, Galata tower, restaurants are close to the location), the staff is helpful and kind.

Disappointing service despite great room

I booked a Junior Suite and added a polite request for a higher floor and a bathtub if available. Instead, we were checked into a Standard Double Room, which is much smaller and over €150 cheaper per night. When we complained, the hotel admitted it was a mistake and moved us to the correct room – but only from the second night. Despite this downgrade, we were only refunded €20, which is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the hotel falsely claimed they “upgraded” us to a King Room with a jacuzzi and view – something we never asked for or received. That said, once we were finally placed in the Junior Suite, the room was perfect – spacious, comfortable, and with a beautiful view. It’s a shame the overall experience was tainted by poor handling and misleading communication.

I don’t recommend this hotel. It’s v central. But the accommodation is run down and not very clean. I had a superior room to the back although a city view was promised. The furniture and bathroom were run down. The bathroom wasn’t clean at all. I found a hair on the toilet paper. And there was dust everywhere e.g. night stand. Don’t recommend!
