I’ve spent a significant part of my life in hotels due to work, and I can confidently say this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It’s always a pleasure to return. The staff here are incredibly friendly, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The rooms are immaculate, which is particularly important to me as I suffer from a severe dust allergy. Even the slightest dust can cause me breathing issues, but here, I can breathe easily and sleep peacefully every night. The bathrooms are also spotless, and the rooms are cleaned daily to a very high standard. The hotel’s location is another highlight. It’s centrally located, with the metro just a 5-minute walk away, the Metrobus 9 minutes away, and Cevahir Mall only 5 minutes away. It’s perfect for anyone who wants to explore the city with ease. I’ve stayed here many times, and I’ll definitely be back again and again. Thank you for making every stay so wonderful!

I recently stayed at this hotel for three days and had a mixed experience. One major issue I encountered was the inconsistency in room sizes. I booked a superior room, but to my surprise, the room I received was noticeably smaller than others on the same floor—and significantly smaller than what was shown in the booking photos. When I brought this up with the front desk, the staff member informed me that the hotel has 55 rooms, each with a different size. I found this response quite unprofessional. I was expecting a more standardized experience, especially for a "superior" room category. It felt like a matter of luck—if you're fortunate, you might get a more spacious and comfortable room. Additionally, noise was a significant issue. My room was located next to the elevator, and I could hear the elevator operating throughout the night. The lack of soundproofing made it worse, as even conversations in the hallway were clearly audible. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is quite convenient, and the price is reasonably fair for the area. However, the room size inconsistency and noise issues unfortunately overshadowed my stay. I hope the management addresses these concerns to provide a more consistent and restful experience for future guests.
