Not bad for the pricerange

The staff is really amazing, and that was the highlight of our stay. We were only in Istanbul for 2 days, and thankfully didn’t have big bags with us, as the rooms are tiny and there is no space to open a suitcase larger than a carry on. It was warm (travelled in December), and there were no major issues. The room needs a bit of updating and paint, and I tried not to look too much into the details of the cleaning. The bedsheets and towels were clean, but worn out.

We didnt get the quadropole room as hotel.com reservetion but Ali did his best and gave us two connected double rooms and everything was ok, clean and comfortable. Will come back again for sure to this lovely hotel in the heart of istiklal street and with a big value for money

Unfassbar.. einfach unfassbar. Es wurde nur Mülleimer geleert und hin und wieder eine Flasche Wasser hingestellt. Das ist ansatzweise nicht unter Dienstleistung zu verstehen. Auch auf persönliche Bitte hin wurde nichts unternommen. Deutet eindeutig auf den mieserablelen Standart dieses Hotels hin. Mehr als Enttäuscht, menschenunwürdig und Fassungslos. Urlaub ist futsch.

We have waited until 4 and the room was read... after putting our stuff in the room they changed the room without informing us and moved our clothes and missed them up... I don’t recommend this place what so ever.. I have moved all around Turkey and stayed in different places but never seen such attitude

Bij terugkomst ontbraken een aantal items uit mijn bagage, waaronder een merk horloge en make-up welke ik de gehele reis in mijn toilettas had in mijn hotelkamer. Ik heb het hotel gebeld en gevraagd of ze even mijn kamer wilden doorzoeken. Ik zou teruggebeld worden. Echter ben ik nooit meer benaderd door het hotel. Erg slecht dit! Mijn advies: zoveel mogelijk spullen in de kluis achterlaten, incl. make-up!

Ideally located and convenient stay

It was a very nice and comfortable stay..although the room was small but ideally located and service was spot on!!A minutes walk to istiqlal street and about 10 mins walk to Galata. ...we could not have asked for more convenient stay! The receptionist nishat was very cooperative and helped us get a good discount on cafes nearby!! However best is the Cafe next door to the hotel on the right where you can have most enjoyable breakfast in the morning.

EXCELLENT HOTEL!!

This place was excellent! I travel to Istanbul every 3-4 months and this was my first time at this hotel, which will now be my hotel on my every visit. The price is excellent. The rooms are beautiful, modern, clean and area is safe and quiet. The hotel is located right in Taksim. Within steps to many places to eat, shop, tours and the metro. All of the staff here at this hotel are excellent! This hotel is the only one I would recommend when needing to stay in Taksim-Istanbul!
