I stayed here for a short trip 3 night upon check in YIGIT at the counter was super helpful and offered us suite with private jacuzzi room, our stay was very relaxing location was good 20 minutes walk Taksim square. Staff was very friendly special shoutout for YIGIT front desk staff.

The pictures on the advert are realistic, the customer service was good and the breakfast is not special but more than decent. The hotel is on a hill. The road has no pavement is not really beautiful. However the side streets and surrounding areas offer great bars and restaurants making it a pleasant place to spend your evening. I would recommend this Hotel!

the staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was also very clean and nice with daily room cleaning. the walking distance surroundings of the hotels road is literally just car repair shops and mannequin shops.. but taksim square is a short 7 minute taxi drive. the breakfast is quite limited and small seating area but not bad at all for the price. the rooms are also said to be sound proofed however they are far from it. the sizing of the rooms on expedia says 377sqft however it does seem as if it is smaller than that. overall was a very nice stay as the issues mentioned above wasn’t a big issue for us and we would definitely return

Worst hotel stay

This is was my worst hotel stay in my life. Started with that I wasn’t allowed to bring anyone to my room even my best friend to wait while I’m changing. So I checked in a double room just to have a friend for few hours. It happened twice the first time I wasn’t even allowed to check in another room, until I talked to hotels.com The next day started with a very noisy family living next to us, the mum was screaming at her kids 8 in the morning on a Saturday, it didn’t end so I called the receptionist. During the afternoon we lost electricity for almost 5 hours and got it back at midnight with generator, I talked to hotels.com and got around 30€ coupon. Next day they were doing construction work early in the morning so no proper rest again. We didn’t get any room service until the last day. Just before the Euro 2024 finals started we lost the channel and it was on when the game was over. The two guys who were working during the day was nice people.
