I was there as a couple. Unfortunately, the environment is very dirty and feels incredibly unsafe. Furthermore, our room was on the 3rd or 4th floor - all without an elevator. You have to let the reception know when you want the room cleaned. Although there is a 24 hour reception desk, there is no phone in the room to call. This means that you have to walk all the way down and back up again. There was a lot that was very lacking. The staff are friendly - that's about it with the positive.

Excellent stay

Considering its price during summer season it was a perfect hotel. The toilet was small and a bit uncomfortable, buts thats the only downside I was able to notice.

Very clean place and helpful staff. If you need the room to be cleaned you need to ask them to do it, but I liked it better that way anyways.

As two persons you get one towel if dont ask for two towels. Its not really clean they are cleaning their rooms only with the vacuum cleaner. You have also to ask for Toilette Paper because the room service dont add it to you room. Theyre are friendly but it doenst matter if you have have to waste your time of your vacations for asking for each things of service. If you give your key at the reception, theyre are asking you: 'But you have already took the room service yesterday or not??'... I would not recommend this hotel. The transfer price is changing after a week, also we made fix price at the beginning. So like you havemt a choice.. Dont go this hotel..

Pro: Das Personal war freundlich und hat (meistens vergeblich) versucht bei Problemen zu helfen Contra: Die Zimmer sind hygienisch und technisch in einem miserablen Zustand: - Die Klimanalage stinkt nach dem Einschalten - Die Schranktür fällt bei Berührung nach innen in den Schrank - Die Ablage unter dem Fernseher hängt nur noch an zwei von vier Schrauben schräg an der Wand - Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind schmutzig, mit braunen und gelben Flecken. Wenn man nach sauberer Bettwäsche oder Handtüchern fragt, kriegt man frisch gewaschene, aber ebenso fleckige Wäsche angeboten - Es stinkt aus den Abflüssen im Bad - Der Toilettendeckel bleibt nicht offen stehen und muss bei Benutzung der Toilette festgehalten werden - Im Bad Schimmel zwischen den Fliesenfugen - Am Boden läuft Wasser aus der Toilette in die Dusche

Das Hotel ist in einer herabgekommenen Umgebung. Es wurde in den 5 Tagen die wir dort waren, nicht einmal im Raum geputzt geschweige denn der Müll rausgebracht. Neues Toilettenpapier haben wir erst nach 2facher Aufforderung bekommen. Haben gür zwei Personen bezahlt aber im Zimmer war nur die Ausstattung für eine Person. Als wir um eine zweite Decke gebeten haben, meinte der Inhaber, es ist warm genug und eigentlich bräuchten wir keine andere aber er würde uns, wenn wir unbedingt wollen eine bringen. Im großen und Ganzen war es eine Erfahrung die ich nicht wiederholen möchte.

Dit is geen hotel, maar een appartementsblok met 8 kamers zonder lift. De dampkappen hangen er nog maar de kookplaten zijn weg. Het is heel heel klein, de bedden zijn steenhard met veren die je voelt als je erop ligt. Het ligt ook echt aan de rand tegen het water, maar je kan daar niet naar toe door een muur dus je moet elke dag 15min bergop wandelen want er zijn geen taxi’s of metro’s aan dit “hotel”. Voordeel van de ligging is dat je wanneer je de Turkse taal goed kan je echt wel parels van authentieke restaurantjes tegen komt. Zoals kumkapi iskembecisi waar je de beste iskembe soep kan drinken. Je krijg bij je soep look en pikante peper olie waarmee je die eerst zelf op smaak brengt. Je komt ook de groothandels en makers van de handtassen daar tegen opweg naar de metro waardoor je de zaken van de grand bazaar daar bij productie al kan zien. Ga je met een rolstoel , ga dan zeker opzoek naar een hotel aan de metro. Dit is niet haalbaar anders. De mensen waren wel extreem vriendelijk en zullen met alles helpen. Er is enkel schoonmaak service als je het vraagt maar je moet wel duidelijk zijn wat je wilt. Kuisen en verversen handdoeken, bedlakens en wc papier. Ze brengen wel jouw valies naar boven wat handig was want zonder lift, zijn de trappen dodelijk. Ik zou zeker geen kamer boven nummer 3 aanraden want je bent echt kapot van de wandeling en dan de trappen erbij zijn heel zwaar. We hebben er het beste van gemaakt. Maar volgende keer toch een echt hotel boeken.

Чистый и уютный отель в самом сердце города

Прекрасный новый отель в самом центре старого города. Всего 9 номеров: с видом на море и с видом на город. Мы приехали уже к полуночи, отель забронировали за 20 мин.до приезда. Для нас убрали номер, специально вызвав горничную, разделили кровати в соответствии с запросом, и разместили в течение 20-30 мин. Отель расположен действительно в шаговой доступности от основных достопримечательностей. Если вы приехали посмотреть Стамбул, то это место подходит прекрасно.
